11/02/2026: A truly wonderful eight-course culinary experience (tasting menu). The setting is beautiful and cozy, and the waitstaff is courteous and very professional (the owner has excellent interpersonal skills). We thoroughly enjoyed the rather traditional cuisine, with meticulous attention to detail in each dish. The peeled foie gras and seared oyster in a shellfish consommé were also original touches. The grated Comté cheese on top of the milk foam and hazelnuts was another unique element. The red mullet was cooked to perfection. We paired it with a good bottle of Morgon (recommended by the sommelier). It was a truly wonderful experience. The portions were generous and the dishes were beautifully prepared. Thank you!

18/02/2026: A very intimate setting, on a small street in Strasbourg. There are only a few tables, which allows for a level of attention from the owner that I've never experienced before. He takes the time to chat with you, is very pleasant, and asks if everything is alright. We had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious and perfectly portioned. And it's excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!

24/03/2026: Attracted by the sunny tables, we stopped here for lunch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The oysters were highly recommended for both quality and price. The toasted sandwich, however, was nothing special. I regret not trying the snails. Definitely worth a try!

23/03/2026: This is simply an incredibly cozy establishment with delicious cuisine. Very attentive host, delicious food and huge portions. There is a pizzeria of the same owner nearby. Pizza for the child? Please. For others, traditional French cuisine at the highest level. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely come back here.

27/03/2026: First, I want to commend the kindness of the waiter, a lovely person who took the time to warn me about the Mapo noodles and their pepper. While it is technically pepper, I think it would be much more helpful to mention that the original recipe is very salty. Reducing the amount of pepper will make the dish less salty, but not less spicy. Those unfamiliar with this recipe won't understand that it's this particular pepper that makes the dish so salty, and I understand that neither the kitchen staff nor the customers want to understand the confusion when faced with a dish that isn't to their liking. The presentation and service were very pleasant.
