17/05/2026: I didn't recognize the place. I'd been twice when you first started out... there was a soul to it, a real desire to do things well. And this time I didn't feel that at all. It seemed more about profitability, about the number of customers at your second restaurant next door... The food was rushed, like huge crayfish ravioli swimming in too much cream, with absolutely no attention to detail... and what about the supermarket bread, still in its packaging? It's a real shame.

14/06/2026: Nice and friendly service and great food at a reasonable price. We sat on the terrace, though there was some noise from tough guys on motorcycles. We had a delicious meal!

10/06/2026: We will long cherish the memory of our first visit to this restaurant. The decor is fabulous, evoking the era of the great Lamartine, but also bringing us back to our own time. The welcome was excellent, the cuisine delicious and refined, a pleasure not only to eat but also to see when the plates arrived – very impressive. We truly had an excellent meal, and the €25.80 set menu is truly excellent value for money.

28/05/2026: The service was appalling; the waitress was exasperated, eager to finish her shift, and very unpleasant. We were seated on the terrace, and she ruined our lunch. We ordered the poke bowl, which was very basic and uninteresting.

26/05/2026: I came for a client lunch. The service was excellent. However, the beef tartare was a complete disappointment: literally raw minced meat in a shredded, angel hair-like consistency with an egg yolk on top. Unappetizing and very bland. (And expensive to boot.) For such a classic dish, it's a real shame. The chef could have made the effort to prepare it properly and make it better. €11 for a glass of wine, same story. Luckily, we have the receipts. I'm deducting three stars just for the tartare; it's unforgivable, Chef.

08/06/2026: I've been several times, and it's always delicious. The service is a bit rushed given the number of customers, but the wait is worth it. The experience varies depending on your table.

08/06/2026: It has two branches, the best is the one on the corner… everyone is very friendly, the servers are super friendly and speak Spanish… The best thing about it is the truffled aligot, a delight… I really enjoyed the food and the warmth of the staff; I was served by Jules, a very attentive and pleasant young man… the food was delicious… onion soup, a steak with a delicious aligot side dish, a beer, and a Coke for 47 euros… An excellent option if you're in Montparnasse

03/06/2026: We come every Wednesday, it's always a pleasure to spend a pleasant time in your cafeteria; the manager and staff are very friendly.

01/06/2026: Avoid at all costs! 40 minutes for a hamburger at 12:30 PM and I had to ask them to remake the fries. (They were out of vegetables and their response was, "Well, they're out of fries.") One person serving, doing their best, while the other employees behind them were completely useless. Apparently, the manager knows how to give orders but must have a serious work allergy to help out. Definitely avoid this place.

18/04/2026: A large restaurant with several rooms; the cuisine is simple but the service is attentive. The set menu of the day includes a starter, main course, and dessert for €24.

13/04/2026: Huge soundproofing problem between rooms 6 and 7! We honestly felt like the young couple in room 6 were trying to boost our country's birth rate overnight. Zero soundproofing. No soap in the shower dispenser... A very bad experience for us. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which inevitably causes noise in the morning. Will we return soon? NO Stay from April 12th to 13th, 2026

06/06/2026: Perfect hotel, just steps from the city centre.

06/06/2026: The hotel is well located near the city center and about a 15-minute walk from Béziers' main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms, although small, are functional with a well-designed closet in the hallway. The bed is the standard comfort level for this hotel group, everything was fine. The 80s arcade-themed renovation will delight fans like myself. A word of caution for those who are more modest: the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass partitions that aren't tinted enough for those who prefer privacy.

15/06/2026: A lovely shaded outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast or other meals. Only good quality products, not mass-produced baked goods!

10/05/2026: A complete mystery to me how they maintain a two star Michelin rating. Taught me not to trust the Michelin guide. What a complete waste of money. We had the same menu and (disappointing) experience as Kristian W. who reviewed the restaurant. They should be ashamed of asking 1000 euro for this

30/04/2026: Still one of my favourite places in town. A wonderful menu with excellent execution. It is beautiful, creative, and delicious. The service is perfect and I also enjoy the interaction with the chef. I wish the room was a bit more charming and offers something maybe a tad less classic.
