17/06/2026: We went there for our wedding anniversary and were offered a glass of champagne because the waitress overheard our conversation. This year we wanted to go back because we had such fond memories, so we were shocked to be turned away when we tried to make a reservation: "Call back in an hour, I don't take reservations during peak hours!" We were truly astonished... well, we'll go somewhere else then; we didn't want to bother them. To answer your question, my wife called to make a reservation!

09/06/2026: Nice hotel, good staff, a somewhat older hotel which is noticeable in the rooms. We were here with our motorcycles.

13/04/2026: I generally never leave negative reviews... but given the lack of hospitality at this place, I'm making an exception. I wasn't able to sample the food at this restaurant. I was turned away at 1:25 PM, even though the hours stated they were open until 3:00 PM. A word to the wise: Luckily, I found a nice restaurant a little further away in Banon that welcomed me at 1:45 PM.

10/06/2026: We came for one night and ended up staying three. The entire team gave us a very warm welcome. We also enjoyed the meals and breakfasts, which were very well served and generous. Our only regret was having to leave. But we will be back. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful stay.

31/01/2026: We really enjoyed our takeaway vegetarian pizza from Pizza Bisso. Freshly made with care and with good ingredients. We shall definitely visit again before returning to the UK.

04/04/2026: The food is good, the portions are very generous, and the prices are quite reasonable. I had the tfaia couscous; the sauce was excellent and the lamb incredibly tender! The restaurant isn't very big, but since it's not crowded, you can easily have a conversation. The dining room is nicely decorated and has a traditional feel. The waiter is polite and the service is quick. They even offer you more couscous if you want it. I recommend it!

25/06/2026: I arrived in the middle of a heatwave hoping for some relief from the heat. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, and the dining room was cooled by two pathetic standing fans. The meal was a real ordeal, despite the kindness of the servers who must have been suffering just as much as we were, especially those in the kitchen near the ovens... It's unacceptable for management to treat their staff, and especially their customers, like that. As for the food itself, the service was quick and adequate. The pizza was a bit greasy, and the desserts were a little warm and melted, probably because it must have been at least 32 degrees Celsius in the dining room.

10/06/2026: Lovely restaurant - excellent food and atmosphere. Our waiter Harris was so helpful and great with our family. Had the special Tuna Steak and it was super delicious. Highly recommend.

14/07/2026: A scandalous experience. We had called ahead to reserve a table to watch the match. Upon arrival, we were seated in a location that was not what we had agreed upon. When we simply asked for an explanation, the staff became aggressive and even shouted at us. To be treated so poorly is completely unacceptable. Respect for customers should be the foundation of any restaurant. We left feeling humiliated and with a very bitter taste in our mouths. There are many Asian buffets where the service is far more professional. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I absolutely do not recommend it.
