08/06/2026: The hotel boasts an absolutely magnificent setting, both the château and the garden, with views of the beautiful Margeride region. Regarding amenities, breakfast is rather expensive, but the service and selection of products are commensurate with the price. Having stayed in the Orangerie annex, we found the accommodations more basic but nonetheless clean and functional, with very comfortable beds. As for dining, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the château's restaurant closed without prior notice, despite having a reservation. However, a solution was found with another establishment offering good value for money.

29/04/2026: A splendid, elegant, and refined setting, ideal for a wonderful experience. The cuisine is a true delight: creativity, finesse, and refinement. Sophisticated dishes, beautiful flavor combinations, and superb ingredients on the plate. Pleasant service and perfectly paced dining. A successful gastronomic experience from beginning to end. A truly excellent restaurant in Lozère, well worth discovering.

21/05/2026: A nice place. Very 1970s Italian style. The place is quiet and not crowded. The staff is very kind and helpful. As for the Italian food, I can say that the food is good (you can't expect to eat like in Italy, but it's all good). I had the gnocchi alla sorrentina, and they were good quality, and the tiramisu was also very good. The price is average for France.

21/05/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch, but stayed much longer than planned. Quite an extensive menu , we opted for lasagne which was very rich with blue cheese and spinach, and one with salmon. Delicious,and a very reasonable portion.The salad served with it tasted fresh with a dressing .Had a pichet of Rosê . We succumbed to deserts, even though the original plan was a quick basic lunch and enjoyed coffee while admiring the art / deco decore. Real treat and reasonable cost. Staff are very pleasant and efficient.

14/06/2026: I ordered a double cheeseburger before the match started, and it arrived in the 88th minute. The steak was raw (not even rare, but really raw). The waiter told me it was cooked, so I went up to the kitchen to see the chef, who refused to cancel the order "during the match." The double cheeseburger was listed at €10 on the menu, but apparently it was actually €15. And the "chips" that came with it for €2 were apparently actually fries, which weren't listed anywhere on the menu for €5. I should point out that the fries were half-raw. There was no way to get an explanation from the chef or the waiter, who became aggressive with the customer. Simply avoid this place. The hygiene is extremely questionable, and the prices are misleading with a fake menu: deceptive business practices, fraud, false advertising, and a violation of pricing regulations.

07/06/2026: We had a reservation for two, but no table was reserved. Our main courses arrived at the same time as our aperitif. After dinner, we waited for the dessert menu, which never arrived because the waiter seemed more interested in the Champions League final than in us. Luckily, another waiter, seeing our disappointment, took care of us. It's a real shame, because we returned three days earlier after the impeccable service we had at lunch.

06/06/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came to eat 🍽️, and we left happy 😋... and especially full! 😂 The team is fantastic 👏😊: smiling, attentive, and truly responsive. One small drawback, though: the homemade fries were a bit heavy-handed with the salt 🧂😅. But honestly, it didn't spoil our enjoyment. And the view... 🌊😍 even under a gray sky ☁️, the setting remains magnificent. A wonderful discovery ❤️, an excellent place 📍 where we will gladly return... again and again! 😊✨

09/06/2026: Most enjoyable lunch, duck confit superbly cooked with a gratin potato side followed by a delicious chocolate fondant, that I am sure is calorie free.....

24/05/2026: Warning: the crooked-faced waiter helps himself to the tips from the larger tables. Tipping isn't mandatory in France, especially when the service is poor. If it weren't for the location, this café would be deserted...

19/05/2026: A small restaurant on Place de la Sorbonne. The tables are clean, and they clear away after guests. At first, they mixed up the drink, but then apologized and changed everything. The portions are very large. Prices are about the same as anywhere else in Paris.

28/06/2026: Intolerable staff behavior. I placed my order at the drive-thru. I had to wait for my burgers. No problem. I simply asked the employee if they could put the ice cream in the fridge while I waited (it was 40 degrees Celsius...). They had already made the sundae while the burgers weren't ready... this person refused, saying they didn't have a fridge or freezer available. I insisted, explaining that the ice cream would melt while I waited for my burgers. The person still refused, saying their manager wouldn't allow it. I can understand not wanting to put it in the fridge, but in that case, they shouldn't have prepared it 20 minutes in 40-degree heat! In conclusion, I waited 15 minutes for my burgers, and the ice cream completely melted... and dripped everywhere. As a result, I do not recommend this McDonald's; I will not be returning.

14/06/2026: I've never seen such a slow McDonald's. 35-minute wait for four Happy Meals. Cold food, no sauce. Unpleasant staff, no hello or goodbye. The floor inside is dirty and sticky. I absolutely do not recommend it!
