02/06/2026: Okay, but you need a lot, a lot, a lot of time. We arrived at 12:30 and ate at 1:30. Apparently, we arrived right in the middle of service, which is why we waited so long 😂 but hey, the retired couple next to us waited just as long as we did—an hour and a half for two flank steaks 🫣🫣... On the other hand, it's very good, very generous portions, and well-prepared with plenty of choices. I would have liked to try the desserts. The servers are lovely. What a shame.

01/05/2026: Today is the May Day fair. It's 11:30 am, and I approached a gentleman to reserve a table for an hour later. This guy, without even a "hello," rudely told me to "get lost" (to put it mildly...). Honestly, change jobs if you can't stand being around people! Luckily, there are other restaurants in Gaillac where you get a warm welcome. 🙂

18/05/2026: I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life! Me and two friends went there this Sunday evening. There were only two employees there, and they were in the middle of a rush because of Uber Eats orders, I think. We waited for a good ten minutes even though there was only one other person ahead of us, but we didn't want to rush them (having worked in fast food myself, I understand that a busy period with only two people isn't easy). The two employees were irritated, the woman in particular, throwing the cheese slices instead of putting them down; everything about her gestures was filled with annoyance. When one of the two colleagues became available, we politely approached him, and he told us that we had to go through his colleague first. His colleague, hearing this, looked up and said, "Yeah, well, I'll finish my order first. You'll have to wait." Her comment, her tone, and the look she gave us were utterly disdainful, but we waited nonetheless and apologized for rushing her. When our turn finally came, I asked the woman what the options were, as it was the first time for all three of us at this fast-food restaurant. She replied, "Well, we have everything you want." I pressed her, asking if she could list them for me. She only listed half the possibilities. Tired of not getting any more explanation, I chose a meat option. She asked if I wanted cheese, I said yes, and she gave me cheddar, the first cheese she could find, even though I wanted mozzarella. I didn't say anything. She then put my sandwich in to cook, without asking if I wanted it hot or cold. Then her colleague took over to add the vegetables, and he, too, gave us no explanation. When we hesitated over the sauce, he sighed and looked at us with an annoyance. He rushed us as much as possible, not giving us time to consider the options. Finally, when it came time to pay, we were charged extra, but we didn't even know why since all three of us had ordered the same set menu. However, tired of this stressful attitude, which made it clear that the sooner we left, the better for them, we decided to leave without asking any questions. Perhaps politeness was also an extra charge? As for hygiene, there were large sauce stains on the tables. It wasn't the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen, but it certainly wasn't one of the cleanest. Finally, regarding the sandwiches: they were good. They weren't the most amazing sandwiches we've ever had, but all three of us enjoyed them and weren't hungry afterward.

16/05/2026: Finally the Lady is back, it's a pleasure, as always this woman is radiant and knows how to do her job. Thank you to her for her good humor and her welcome.

01/06/2026: I bought some chicken tieb, but several things were wrong. First, the tieb was bland and dry; it tasted more like tomato rice. The service was barely adequate. The containers weren't even filled properly, and there were no vegetables. Finally, the bag was extremely flimsy; don't even bother carrying it for more than a few meters—it won't last.

20/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, all the dishes are very good and delicious, the manager is very welcoming and friendly, and their prices are affordable.

17/06/2026: When it came time to pay, I went to pay for my two pints of beer. The waiter told me it would be €11, and then, completely calmly, he typed €50 into his card reader as if I wouldn't even notice. So I pointed out that he'd entered the wrong amount, and without batting an eye, he changed it to €11. In short, they treat their customers like fools.

28/04/2026: Exceptional. I'll let you discover it for yourselves, but trust me, this Spanish address is for the quality of its food, the warm welcome, the professionalism, and for the fact that the photos don't do justice to the restaurant's elegance. Viva España is the Parisian spot, no other!

The food is quite good, with simple but well-prepared dishes that get straight to the point without any unpleasant surprises. It's true that a little more effort in terms of attire and layout, if possible, would certainly be a plus for your business relationship. But you pleasantly surprised us with your human touch, the quality of the restaurant service, the welcome, the service, the communication, the simplicity, and above all, what I noticed... your professionalism, which is evident despite the possible compromises that could be made.
