24/04/2026: I'd been searching for good grilled fish for so long: after several disappointments, I'd given up hope. Until I decided to try it at LE CONAKRY 🤩 My taste buds went on a journey that transcended the universe: it was so magnificently delicious, from the chili pepper that really blew me away to the side dishes, the seasoning, and the grilled fish itself, which met all the criteria of true BRAISED FISH 😭 P.S.: Le Conakry, please consider adding appetizers to your menu (treats, snacks, etc.) while waiting for your meal: everyone will benefit!

09/03/2026: Loyal customer. This is the second time I've encountered problems. Conversely, oilseeds in the bins are more expensive. Oilseeds are tasteless and bitter. The quality of the fruits and vegetables is steadily declining… What a shame!

The establishment was closed at the same time, and the lady had the keys, but she kindly served us, asking if we minded sitting alone on the terrace and leaving our glasses by the door, as she had to step out. They were a very pleasant, charming, and smiling couple. We will certainly return with pleasure.

11/05/2026: A fine choice especially considering they are one of the only bakeries open early and on Mondays at that. Small but sufficient selection and I found they made a good espresso. Prices are quite reasonable

30/03/2026: Customer service and tact need improvement. Especially with the two young people (boy and girl). I had to say hello three times before they decided to stop talking to each other and answer me. I was the only customer at that time. The boy had to take my order, and the girl didn't even say hello, thank you, or goodbye. She practically threw away the change. It's appalling to see this!

04/07/2026: This is the third time in three weeks that I've tried to get a pizza from the vending machine outside. Either it says "payment declined," or the machine is out of pizzas. It's a real shame, especially since with this heatwave I'm trying to avoid cooking in my poorly insulated apartment. Too bad for you!

20/05/2026: Overall, a great time at Sababa! The terrace is pleasant, even if there isn't much space... you'll find more room inside, where it has a beach hut vibe reminiscent of the Arcachon Basin ⚓️ The tapas are made fresh, and you can tell they're well-prepared! ✅⭐️ The prices are in line with the neighborhood, so don't come here to save money... 🤑 The waitresses are charming, but I felt they were a bit pushy, because as soon as your glass is empty, they're there to ask if you want another one (I understand that's part of being a bar, but I'd never experienced it to this extent). That said, I'll be back, as I'm often in this area! And the chef was friendly too, so everyone's happy! 👍🏻🙏🏻🍻
