28/06/2026: Excellent pizzas, light crust and quality toppings, I recommend the 4 Season (marinated vegetables) and the Diavola!

10/10/2026: The atmosphere was great and the service very pleasant. The servers were truly lovely and took the time to explain the dishes to us. However, our table was located right next to the restrooms, which was frankly not very pleasant. When you're eating, it's not ideal to be constantly in the path of people going to the bathroom. They could at least have warned us that our table was right in front of the toilet door. Unfortunately, the worst happened after the meal. Two to three hours after eating, I went home with terrible abdominal pain, which turned into vomiting more than five times during the night, accompanied by chills. An absolutely horrible night! It all felt like severe food poisoning. So be careful! The atmosphere was really nice and the servers were lovely, but as for the food, it's a 0/10, considering what happened to me after the meal. And one last little detail: be prepared to leave with a strong smell of fried food permeating everything from your underwear to your coat, including your jacket and hair! It's a real shame, because the place actually had charm.

10/10/2026: Paris. Counter. Candles. Fantastic food and an awesome team. Music is banging too. I’ve never had to Shazam so many tracks! Not a tasting menu which is great and enough choice but a small menu. The wine list was extensive. Was expensive but worth it for a fun night in Paris. I was solo but benefit of being at a counter means you can watch what is going on and also I had a lovely lady talking to me too. I think I agree with the other comments re the chant. Maybe just do the hello or the goodbye. Not both.

24/09/2026: UPDATE 08/2026: We had the pleasure of returning for dinner this August. My sister recommended the fish and chips she discovered in 2024, and she confirms it's the best she's ever had in a restaurant! As for me, I ordered the Papagayo burger again. What a treat! The recipes are unchanged, much to our delight! The welcome was as warm and pleasant as ever, with special attention to our dog and baby in a stroller, so we had a little corner to seat everyone. The portions were generous, the only downside being the slightly high price of the cocktails. But that's quickly forgotten once you've finished your drink; they certainly don't skimp on quantity or quality! We'll definitely be back next year, with pleasure! September 2024: A great meal, a very good atmosphere, and a sea view. Excellent value for money. Thank you for your hospitality :)

14/08/2026: It's a very clean and beautiful campsite, but the only downside for me was that I couldn't go to the pool wearing my burkini.

11/08/2026: Excellent, high-quality campsite. The air-conditioned mobile home was 5-star. The management of the pool and water slides was absolutely top-notch. Thank you again for the warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

29/07/2026: An excellent choice for both the hotel and the restaurant. A very warm welcome. The view from the rooms is exceptional. What a joy to have lunch on the terrace overlooking this magnificent landscape! The local cuisine is generous and delicious.

Let's start with the comfortable rooms (I stayed in four different ones, so be careful!), the tranquility that reigns there, the inner serenity when your eyes rest on the breathtaking view the hotel offers... The quality of the food and the atmosphere, my friends... A fair, dignified, and professional chef with his team 🙏🏼... And then, of course, the service: attentive, welcoming, every detail, every person... kindness in abundance. The Marve'joie truly lives up to its name ☀️ A huge and sincere thank you (and that's an understatement) from the bottom of my heart to Audrey & Benoît, the owners of the hotel, leaders just the way we like them, and to everyone! 02/08/2026: A huge thank you to Seb and Manue for running this bar/tobacconist. The opening hours are great, the terrace on Place du Martray is lovely, but above all, as locals, we appreciate the unfailing kindness and smiles of the owners and their staff all year round. 12/08/2026: I couldn't stand the white food anymore, so I came looking for Chinese food, and I was blown away by how delicious it was! The dumplings were bursting with juice, and the braised pork intestines were perfectly cooked with a wok hei (wok aroma). The auntie said her husband had been a chef for 40 years. It was really delicious 👍 It's at a level I'd find good even back home.

30/09/2026: Excellent restaurant. Attentive and very efficient waitress. Small dining room, quite noisy as it's frequented by workers and professionals. But the chef, whom you can see through the serving hatch, is fantastic and his food is delicious. Beautiful, generous portions. Varied, homemade appetizer and dessert buffet.

03/09/2026: My wife and I were here for lunch. What a place. Food, drinks, vibes. We had a great time. It was all delicious. As an American, we were the only English speakers here so we knew we had a great spot. The food was amazing and the service was even better. They knew what we were looking for and they delivered. Authentic french food. And I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Le Mess is 100% recommendation!!!!

31/07/2026: The four of us had a light lunch at this bistro. We enjoyed it very much: the food was delicious, the service was very friendly (provided by the owner himself), and the atmosphere was very pleasant and, above all, very clean. Highly recommended!

05/04/2026: A great little restaurant in the heart of this charming village (which I'd already discovered thanks to its famous trail!). We received a very warm welcome with our twins. The staff were friendly and the salad was a generous portion 😊 Easy parking right next door for the campervan! I highly recommend it!
