22/05/2026: Very disappointed Very bad experience I ordered the set menu. For starters, a 5cm x 5cm piece of country pâté with two lettuce leaves and a quarter of a tomato, followed by four pieces of grilled meat (a chorizo ​​like on a children's menu, two chicken tenders where you had to find the meat, the same for the marinated pork where I had to gnaw on the bone), served with regular fries, all for 22 euros. I strongly advise against it 👎

10/05/2026: An establishment I definitely wouldn't recommend. I can understand that it's difficult at 10 PM because it's the end of the day. The hamburger was cold, and the fries were even worse. The restaurant closes at 11 PM, and at 10:30 PM they turn off the lights and you finish eating in the dark. The staff wasn't great and wasn't friendly.

09/05/2026: The menu was half cold. The place has been in poor condition since my last visit; they must have changed cleaning staff since then? The bathroom floor was slippery with toilet paper everywhere. The lobby floor was dirty, and the areas between the tables and benches weren't great. However, the service was quite fast, with most of the staff being young, smiling, and energetic.

A place that doesn't try to impress. A place that lives. A place that feels more like the workshop of a passionate artisan than a conventional restaurant. At Éric Dupuy's, you quickly understand that the essence lies elsewhere. In his garden where the flowers that will end up on the plates grow. In the vegetables he patiently ferments. In his caramelized onions, his dandelion honey, his foraging, and all those invisible little preparations that require days, sometimes weeks, of work. What struck me wasn't just the quality of the dishes. It was the emotion they evoked. A simple eggplant omelet becomes a journey. A fermented beetroot tells a story. Each bite brings a surprise, a balance, a depth rarely encountered. You immediately sense that nothing here is meant to impress. Everything is there to please, to convey something. And perhaps that's what makes this cuisine so moving. You leave with the feeling of having met not only an excellent chef, but above all, a man consumed by his passion, who dedicates his time to creating, experimenting, cultivating, and sharing. A few days later, I wouldn't be able to describe the table or the decor in detail. However, I still remember the flavors. And ultimately, isn't that the greatest testament to a chef's talent?

09/06/2026: Food was quite cheap and not too bad although the salad that came with my meal was gross. We rode the yellow train to the town and there weren’t many restaurants open. I’d say our experience was very nice except the food could have been a bit better. It was a great place for a beer or a coffee. The menu was small but we were all able to find something to eat. Our service was excellent!

06/06/2026: A traditional French pub. Friendly, good, and not expensive. You can sit comfortably on the terrace, and the locals come here for a drink too. Always a good sign

10/07/2026: Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and friendly service. The food is not of extraordinary quality or special, but simply good and creative dishes. We were a group of 5; for half of us it was slightly disappointing, while for the other half it exceeded expectations. The schnitzel is highly recommended! A plus point was the DJ on the terrace, which provided nice background music and a fun atmosphere.

02/05/2026: Beautiful campsite by the sea. Friendly staff. Campsite shop very pleasant. Wi-Fi expensive and poor quality. Sometimes loud music from the restaurant until late in the evening. It is good that dogs are not allowed. Beautiful walking path along the sea from the campsite. Unfortunately, despite the ban, there are still cyclists on the walking path.

07/06/2026: Today we went to eat at the Fondue d'Uriage restaurant. We received a very warm welcome, the meal was generous and delicious, and the waiters and waitresses were welcoming and friendly—everything was perfect for a pleasant experience. Thank you all, and see you soon!

06/06/2026: I came to eat a salad on the terrace. The servers were very friendly, however, the salads were awful. A bland, generic salad with a tiny slice of ham barely hanging on. The Italian salad wasn't any better. It's outrageous, especially considering the salad costs €20. Go across the street; you can get a gourmet meal for less. I don't understand this lack of professionalism.

01/06/2026: We were a little disappointed with our Mother's Day meal. The dishes arrived cold and the fries seemed reheated. We were also surprised to have to pay €3.40 for a carafe of water when tap water is supposed to be free. Furthermore, the most senior waitress was not at all friendly. In contrast, the young, brunette waitress was very smiley, pleasant, and professional, which was a positive aspect of our experience.
