15/07/2025: A super cool place, very family-friendly, with a super friendly atmosphere. There's a wide selection of drinks, even non-alcoholic ones, and there's something for everyone. Special mention to Guillaume, the owner, who is adorable and ultra-welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The food is great, generous, delicious. In short: we had a great time, we laughed, we played, in short, it was so cool! I really hope to come back soon!

09/07/2025: We got reheated broken overcooked pasta! I should have known when the food came out so quickly. This was so egregiously taking tourists for granted — as if we wouldn’t know the difference. When my kids couldn’t barely eat and I said so, we got a shrug. We left with it barely touched. Hard to believe a place would serve this much less charge you for it. Avoid this tourist trap.

30/06/2026: A superb château! An exceptional place where everything is perfect: the service, the rooms, the setting, the food. Special mention to the staff, who are always attentive and caring. Not to mention the spa, the wines, and the magnificent shaded park. Once you're there, leaving is always difficult, so we'll be back!

01/06/2026: Hello, I spoke with a woman this morning who was very arrogant. She didn't take the time to look for information, automatically refused to help, and offered no solutions. I'm very disappointed and wonder how a first contact could be so poor. I absolutely do not recommend her.

29/04/2026: I had reserved a table on the terrace that morning, but when we arrived for lunch... there was no table, so we ended up sitting in the blazing sun. Anyway, moving on to the food, there was a mistake with the wine 🍷, but the waitress only told us when the bill came... the starter was very good, marinated salmon 👍 followed by mussels (I think we had the last of the pot), practically all empty shells, the mussels were in the broth. Dessert was perfect. When I went to pay, I asked if we could stay on the terrace for a bit to chat, and the woman said no because it might attract other people who would come for a drink, which isn't the case in the afternoon 🤔. A bit frustrating! It used to be better. We paid €70 for two.

24/04/2026: Pleasant setting and warm welcome, the food is good but the quantity is a little small considering the price, which makes the menu expensive in the end for €30/person.

26/06/2026: Good evening, I'm being polite. Passing through Vouglans, I was craving a good pizza, but I stumbled upon the most disgusting one I've ever tasted, "Pizza Fifi." I really don't recommend it. Buying two pizzas for €29 for both, eating two slices is unacceptable. How does he even manage to stay in business? 🤢🤮

14/06/2026: I don't recommend it, and I don't understand the rating. They weren't very friendly. And the food was really disappointing. Whatever you do, don't order the Nutella pizza. I sincerely hope they don't use the same dough for their savory pizzas. You'll end up with something like a dry, crumbly shortbread... Edit following your reply: It's interesting to learn that, in addition to your lack of friendliness, you felt entitled to judge a customer as soon as they left, wishing you a pleasant evening. We can accept a refusal, I assure you. But you should be able to receive your customers' questions and answer them kindly. Finally, we didn't regret that you refused our question about the fries; we didn't finish the portion we ordered. Let me clarify: I'm not being unreasonable. When I have a good experience, I enjoy leaving a positive review. However, unfortunately, I couldn't find anything positive to mention personally at your establishment. I hope, as you seem to be responding to other comments, that you will take feedback like mine to heart and "improve." And failing that, my comment (as well as your response) will hopefully serve as a warning to customers hoping to find a welcoming place and enjoy a delicious meal.

20/06/2026: We bought three Caesar salads today: the carrots had a very strong acetone smell and taste, which seemed to contaminate the rest of the salad. We couldn't finish our meal because it seemed abnormal. We were very disappointed by this experience.

14/06/2026: Hello, I've known the Paul bakery very well for years, but unfortunately, when the heat returns, there's no air conditioning. The young people who work there are exhausted 😩. 15/06/2026: We ordered a charcuterie board with pork ribs. The meat on the board was awful, the sausage was poor quality, extremely fatty and almost oily, and the salad leaves had blackened tips. The ribs were dried out, very tough to chew, and had an aftertaste whose origin frightens me.

02/06/2026: I'd already heard negative things from friends about how unpleasant they were. For me, it was the bartender. He misunderstood what I asked and started yelling at me. Degrading and passive-aggressive, I would have punched him if it weren't for the HUGE bouncer standing there. Anyway, if you go, be prepared not to be intimidated 🙄

19/05/2026: Professional and very pleasant welcome, both morning and evening. Clean room with a perfect bathroom. The breakfast was very generous and varied.

18/05/2026: The hotel was clean and accessible, and the room was pleasant. However, the reception staff were unprofessional: no "hello," "thank you for your reservation," or any polite greetings. The upgrade was presented not as a courtesy, but "to make cleaning easier for the housekeeping staff," which came across as clumsy. The pool was open upon request (which was appreciated), but there were no facilities to place belongings, and chiggers were present on the floor. The real weak point: the €16.50 breakfast. The products were clearly not fresh (stale ham, crushed pickles, stale bread served again the next day (photo) and the day after that in the case of the ham). Very worrying! The ham was removed on Tuesday morning at my request. It was impossible to get a soft-boiled egg despite the egg cups on the buffet: "machine broken," and apparently there were no saucepans in the kitchen... but frying pans for fried eggs. Inconsistent. Many areas need improvement to live up to the advertised price and standard. Customer service is our priority, and the absolute priority is respecting basic hygiene rules for the buffet.

12/12/2025: They are so kind and offer a wide variety of dishes. I had their signature quiche, which was moist because it was salmon. Since I had to wait a few hours for it to be ready, even the spinach smelled fishy, ​​which was a shame. I should have chosen something else. The vanilla apple crumble was a rich, crumbly apple compote, and the croissants and pâtés were also delicious.
