14/10/2026: My experience at the Leclerc garage in Lisieux... I went there because my son had a very good experience at the Leclerc garage in St. Junien during the holidays. What a disappointment! I took my car in on September 18th to order some hoses to replace. I was told the wait would be a bit long. For 10 days, I heard nothing, and when I called, nothing appeared on the screen. I explained, unhappy, that I had important family obligations. A certain Paul couldn't care less and berated me, treating me like I was worthless. After a few minutes of reflection, I lost my temper and told him I was going to report him to management. He didn't call me back for the next 18 days. On my last call, the manager informed me that the repair wouldn't be done and that I would be reimbursed for my deposit. I was furious with him, but I was stranded without a car after almost a month. A very, very bad experience at this garage. A toxic, indifferent, and self-satisfied atmosphere...

17/10/2026: I bought a deluxe meal and a wrap... the wrap was crumbling, you didn't need a bin to know it wasn't fresh... I asked for a replacement, which they gave me, but I'm not supposed to complain, it was less filled, as if they'd run out of filling... too bad, that's the last time.

08/09/2026: Basically it is a nice café in a great location with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was a customer who was so filthy that we could smell him from two tables away. We would have liked to stay longer, but our noses wouldn't allow it.

22/08/2026: Like other reviews, we had a long wait for two children's meals, even though we went on a weekday evening. We found the place not very clean; the employee was handling both the service and the trash, and I didn't see anyone washing their hands. Despite the wait for other customers, the employee seemed rather preoccupied with chatting with friends.

22/08/2026: A dump and a very long wait for your order. It had been a long time since I'd been to McDonald's, and this restaurant certainly reminded me why. I've never seen anything like it in any other fast food place... Half-eaten steaks on the floor that aren't picked up, tables that are never cleaned, and no sauce in my order despite clearly requesting it. The only reason given: staff shortages

21/08/2026: We were seated, 25 minutes later, and our orders hadn't been taken, not even drinks. We went to eat elsewhere.

19/08/2026: Dinner for two on the terrace. The food was good and reasonably priced. Large terrace. Unfortunately, as is often the case during busy periods, the disorganized service was a serious drawback. Patience was required to order and even to get dessert... Otherwise, a place worth a visit.

29/09/2026: Nice restaurant with a lovely terrace. The service is quick and the welcome is warm. Unfortunately, the food doesn't quite live up to the rest of the experience, although it's still decent. Recommended more for drinks than a meal.

16/09/2026: I don't understand the hype around this chain. We bought sandwiches and drinks for our car trip, and after two hours, the sandwich bag was so greasy and oily it was practically translucent (even though it had been kept flat in a cooler for two hours). It started dripping onto my legs while I was eating it. I hate waste, and yet I left part of the sandwich because it was so greasy. As for the drink, my Coke was sunken and flat, which makes me doubt the products were properly stored. Luckily, the service made up for it somewhat.

14/09/2026: I was a regular customer at Marie Blachere until the day I defrosted my Nordic baguettes and noticed that there was a significant amount of mold on all of them, despite the rather high price. Since then, I've been buying my bread from a local artisan bakery in the village.

08/09/2026: I didn't like it at all. We booked through The Fork. The waiter was unpleasant even though we were his only table. The food wasn't good. There was a dog near the kitchen. The restaurant smelled bad and wasn't clean.
