30/09/2026: Everything is more than good, homemade. A wide selection of menus, wine paired with each course. An XXL cheese platter. Amazing desserts, and to top it all off, the Moutier family, lovely and attentive to their customers. A must-try! 😁

21/08/2026: We were looking for a restaurant for two in Aix-les-Bains and, after reading the many positive reviews for L’Évasion, we decided to make a reservation. And we were so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. Seated on the terrace, we appreciated the calm and pleasant atmosphere, despite the nearby foot traffic. The service was very professional, attentive, and efficient. As for the food, it was excellent: refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery and a place we highly recommend. Definitely worth trying if you're ever in Aix-les-Bains.

14/08/2026: Always perfect. I come once a year and wish I could come more often. Four-star service; the owner is incredibly kind. The food is always a delight, something out of the ordinary. An exceptional experience that I highly recommend. And they also have a delicious white wine, Pakhus.

Made with love and full of flavor. A superb, unpretentious welcome; it's a wonderful place for delicious food.

10/10/2026: Passing through in our campervan and visiting the ramparts, we found a superb restaurant with a warm welcome, excellent food, very good wine, and superb seafood sauerkraut, etc… an address to remember, we'll be back

02/10/2026: A solid restaurant, the food was good, but there were also a few points that were less than ideal. Such as: no amuse-bouche with the aperitif, and we were finished with the aperitif, starter, and main course after an hour (dinner on Friday evening). The three wines by the glass were average and were overshadowed by the rich flavors of the razor clams, squid and shrimp croquette, calf's liver, and tuna tataki. But regarding the food, there is little to complain about.

21/08/2026: Everything is homemade. A very warm welcome. Excellent children's menu. Delicious daily special. The chef even let our daughter choose the daily special the next day. The lasagna was delicious. The stuffed squid was excellent. Very welcoming atmosphere. Very affordable prices.

30/09/2026: A fantastic discovery in the heart of Old Lyon! The ground-floor café terrace is great, but the hidden cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. A very cozy, vintage atmosphere tucked away in the basement, impeccable service, and above all, a wide selection of delicious, expertly crafted cocktails, each with its own unique story. The music adds a special touch! It's truly welcoming! We had a wonderful evening there with friends. Highly recommended!
