11/10/2025: Thank you for the warm welcome and very quick service. The pizza was very good and generous. The tiramisu was too soft for my taste, but it was still a very good experience!

26/03/2026: Beware of cats! Several cats roam the ground floor where the bar and dining area are located. From a hygiene perspective – especially for allergy sufferers – this is problematic. I didn't enjoy my stay at Le Saint Mary. While it was spruced up with plenty of decorations, the details were old and not very clean.

05/05/2026: I highly recommend dining at the training restaurant one evening. For around €25 per person, you'll be served a delicious and excellent meal by smiling, courteous, and motivated students. The setting contributes to the "gastronomic" atmosphere. We had a choice of five different cocktails, created by the student sommeliers, followed by an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. We were certainly not disappointed; the students did a fantastic job. In short: you eat extremely well for a very reasonable price, and we're happy to be able to give these young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

24/03/2026: Lunch at the school's Château was a delightful experience, with a warm welcome and a superb menu featuring beautiful dishes served with care. Well done to the students; their motivation and dedication to their work are evident. I highly recommend this establishment.

03/04/2026: The best tacos in Chambéry! You won't find better anywhere else, and I've had my fair share of tacos in Chambéry!! I order once a month, sometimes more, and we've never been disappointed. We ordered again tonight, and once again, we weren't disappointed. Super tacos and great fries. My 3-year-old daughter loves them every time 🤩 The meat is fresh, the tacos are incredible, and they even make XXL tacos, which very few places in Chambéry do 😌 So don't hesitate, family, go for it without hesitation 🤩❤️ Brian

27/01/2026: This was my first time visiting this training restaurant since it opened at the Angers wholesale market. It was an excellent experience; we were served by very friendly and well-supervised catering students. They deserve our encouragement, because what they're doing is truly outstanding.

05/11/2025: A very pleasant lunch and a wonderful discovery of a welcoming place. The menu was a hit with everyone (generous portions, beautifully presented), and the staff were charming and discreet. I highly recommend this restaurant, which showcases young talent in a wonderful way.

15/05/2026: Frankly, this doesn't reflect the exterior of the establishment at all: dirty dishes, bill before service (probably afraid we'd leave without paying), in short, disappointing.

15/05/2026: I don't know if the management has changed, but I was disappointed because they served our drinks and put down the bill while they were preparing the ice cream. We've been coming every year for the past eight years and have never been disappointed, but this time the ice cream was mediocre and the whipped cream was store-bought. A bad experience.

07/06/2026: My wife had a great salad and risotto. The snails, however, were a strange affair: presented, apparently on top of a large ravioli with an unidentifiable filling (mushrooms?); there was no mention of this on the menu. The snails were lost on the plate, struggling for attention against the hard croutons. The morel sauce served with the poultry was also disappointing. For an extra eight euros, one should at least be able to taste the morels, but there wasn't. The poultry was tough and reminiscent of turkey. A redeeming feature was the strawberry sundae. A big name, it seems, doesn't guarantee quality.

03/06/2026: Only go here if you like cheese! This is quite unusual and unlike any place ive visited. It is literally cheese for starter, mains and pudding. All other options are off. The owner is is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable on cheese and wine. There is a special climate controlled cell for the cheese which you can visit. I'm not sure I would want to go again the cheese was totally fantastic but I would like to mix it up with something that wasn't cheese.

01/06/2026: I'll start by saying that the food was good and that perhaps it wasn't a great idea to book in this type of restaurant, on the enthusiastic advice of friends, during the heat wave at the end of May, in any case with an outside temperature well above 30 degrees the place didn't have air conditioning, we were the only customers (4), we ordered on the advice of the staff, between the two bottles of wine offered (one opened for consumption by the glass) we chose the full one instead which however they told us was the last one available, when we finished it we asked for them to serve it to us the staff brought the opened bottle and we assumed it was for consumption by the glass, instead it was left three-quarters full. While we were having dinner a tiny mouse crossed the place, we pointed it out and the staff played it down saying that due to the heat it was necessary to keep the door open with risks of this type: we are animal lovers but we were having dinner and it wasn't pleasant. We finished and asked for the bill and noticed that the second bottle of wine had also been charged in full. Perhaps we were too overwhelmed by the heat to argue, so we paid and left the restaurant. But in retrospect, the mouse and bottle incidents would have at least deserved a different reaction from the restaurant owner, and at least an apology and certainly a revision of the bill. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations, and perhaps in weather conditions like the ones we've had in the past few days, they should have closed the restaurant.

20/04/2026: Honestly, this is a place you absolutely have to try!! I go there often and it's always just as good. The couple who run the restaurant are wonderful, incredibly welcoming, you immediately feel right at home. And the food… everything is excellent, but the homemade fries are amazing. Once you taste them, you just want to go back again and again. I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: Bao is a charming man who offers high-quality traditional cuisine. The setting and the energy of this gentleman encourage courteous conversation among diners. The dining room is small, quiet, and decorated in a traditional style, giving the restaurant a special character for those who want to enjoy a variety of culinary experiences during their stay in this beautiful city.
