20/10/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit. I had planned an outing with my children, but the play structure was closed. There were no coloring books or balls available to keep them occupied. For a store that welcomes so many families, it's a shame not to offer any kind of alternative when the play equipment is unavailable. We came hoping to have a pleasant time with the children and left disappointed.

23/10/2026: I've been stuck in the parking lot for two weeks! It's a disgrace. The second time, I had to park my car again and eat at a restaurant with my son. I will never park at your lot again.

23/10/2026: ⭐ 1/5 – MUSE METZ: A SCANDALOUS PARKING LOT, CONCERNING SECURITY! 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES TO EXIT THE PARKING LOT! Unbelievable but true! An 800-space parking lot with only one exit ramp, extremely steep, leading to a traffic light. A real trap for drivers! To top it all off, only one payment machine was working during my visit! And exorbitant rates. The center generously offers 1 hour of free parking, but it takes 1 hour 30 minutes to get out! Something's not right here! THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEM: SECURITY! No Wi-Fi access, no usable cell phone service in the parking lot. Imagine a vehicle fire, hundreds of people trapped, a single ramp completely full, and no easy way to contact emergency services! A terrifying scenario. Inside, the situation is the same: the ground floor aisles are cluttered with pop-up stores that reduce circulation space. In the event of a crowd surge or emergency evacuation, what would happen? WHAT IS THE MANAGER OF THIS SHOPPING CENTER DOING? It's high time a safety commission inspected the evacuation procedures for the parking lot and the center. Do we have to wait for a tragedy before taking action? As for the stores, between uninteresting shops, closures, and constant changes, the center's appeal leaves much to be desired. IF YOU'RE COMING TO METZ, ABSOLUTELY AVOID MUSE! Overpriced parking, appalling organization, and serious security concerns. One hour free to enter, 1 hour 30 minutes to exit: that says it all! SHAMEFUL. ZERO POINTS.

22/10/2026: A large, Western-themed restaurant, we were immersed in the atmosphere as soon as we walked through the door, with its (open) jail cell—perfect for a quick photo with the kids before being seated. It's a very family-friendly restaurant, as you might have guessed, but also great for a birthday, a get-together with friends, etc. On Friday evenings, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch, there's even a little show. The portions are generous and delicious, served by welcoming and attentive waiters. There's something for everyone: salads, grilled meats, sandwiches (who dares to challenge Sergeant Garcia?), ravioli, dips, and more. The desserts are also very good, if you still have room. It's a restaurant we go to regularly and always enjoy. But be warned ⚠️: reservations aren't possible! For lunch, especially on weekends, don't hesitate to arrive at 11:30 am!

05/08/2026: I stumbled upon this brasserie a few days ago with my little boy. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! A real gem. We were delighted by both the savory and sweet dishes. We were served quite quickly. And the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. The owner was very friendly to boot. Thank you for this delicious meal! Bravo to the chef(s)!

10/09/2026: Nothing negative to say about the staff. Very friendly welcome. However, regarding the ambiance, please, change your soundtrack. An hour of bossa nova in the elevator is exhausting. A little more lighting to see our plates wouldn't go amiss. As for the food, the edamame arrived half-thawed... The lukewarm beans were very good, but underneath were beans with ice still on them. A little extra time in the microwave would have been welcome. Regarding my dish, stir-fried noodles with shrimp and vegetables, I was disappointed to have only 4 shrimp lost in overly greasy and salty noodles. My husband, who ordered the eel with rice, found the sauce too sweet and the rice too dry, as if it had been cooked that morning and had dried out a bit. As a result, we weren't tempted to order dessert... We left quite early. Overall, we were disappointed with our evening, we will not be returning.

14/10/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant with its mountain-style decor and excellent cuisine. The foie gras is superb, the mushroom tart is delicious, the warm mint is a real treat, and the beef is incredibly tender. The service is pleasant and friendly. We had a lovely time with our family. 07/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at Chalet de Cervin with friends. I ordered chicken skewers and they were absolutely delicious. My friends also ordered meat, including a ribeye steak, and they enjoyed it very much too. The welcome was very courteous and pleasant. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely evening together. I really liked this place and would gladly return!
