03/06/2026: Tuesday evening, one of 2 places in town open for supper. Took nearly 2.5 hours to be served. Had reservations & staff not kind when interacting with customers.

27/09/2026: It's a joke because they don't care about the drive-thru at night since we don't complain. I ordered one of the new Blue Lock menus and got an old burger with salad and 3-4 nuggets. The bun was missing; instead, I got a bun. What I got wasn't the bao I was expecting; it was a basic burger bun with a suspiciously stale/hard section, and all the vegetables (cabbage, carrots) were missing. I understand being fed up, but they have to take responsibility when there's a new menu and not just sell old stuff that has nothing to do with it at a higher price.

27/09/2026: Long wait for a Happy Meal order for two; we waited an hour asking where our order was. Very disappointed with the customer service…

28/09/2026: I came yesterday and it was impossible to get even a simple pitcher of red wine. To find myself in a traditional French bouillon without any red wine on the menu or by the carafe is unheard of! It's the very foundation of this type of establishment. A very disappointing experience; the whole concept of a bouillon was completely lost. I won't be back.

28/09/2026: The herring appetizer was full of bones… Luckily, the ratatouille and the extra fries were very good. The main courses were served at different times, even though there were only two of us! And the waitress was unfriendly when we asked for help. I don't recommend it, even though the place is nice. …and the toilet was dirty.

10/10/2026: Hello La Dolce Vita, I was working in the housing development not far from your place. One phone call, one order, a very friendly and easy-going gentleman on the other end of the line, and 20 minutes later, 3 magnificent pizzas! It was a real gem; all the guys on the construction site absolutely loved them! Thank you!

07/10/2026: Booked well in advance for a party of over 15 people for a special event... Got a call a few hours before the dinner; apparently the kitchen broke down. Didn't propose an alternative didn't try to help out - that's a definition of bad service - ruined the day and the trip...

21/10/2026: A regular customer of this restaurant. My partner and I frequently invite family and friends. Unbeatable value for money and a great atmosphere. The dishes are expertly prepared by a chef who works with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They also offer a variety of suggestions and can even accommodate last-minute requests (religious, allergic, etc.). The owner is a real character who knows when to fade into the background. He's very attentive to his customers' well-being. As an added bonus, the owner always offers complimentary appetizers, and if you ask him nicely, he'll even give you peanuts for your aperitif. Several set menus are available: starter + main course or main course + dessert for €25, or starter + main course + dessert for €30. I highly recommend this restaurant.

23/06/2026: I came with my wife and daughter. Despite the overall rating, we decided to try the first beer. It arrived undrinkable; even the owner admitted it and brought me a lukewarm bottled beer instead. The starter was a semi-cooked foie gras that was foie gras in name only—a raw foie gras, not energized—with an onion molasses. Following that, my wife ordered a scallop dish. It arrived served with chorizo, chorizo ​​sauce, and a kind of gingerbread, also with chorizo. The worst part was that the scallops weren't fresh. As a result, after a few bites, my wife felt really unwell and ended up vomiting in the restroom. We pointed this out to the waitress, who sent over the so-called head chef. He arrived with a plastic container with a label stuck on it, telling us they were still good, but look at the date. A real chef would never have taken seafood out of the cold room and brought it into the dining room in 30-degree heat, let alone opened the container. We got to the till, and I explained that my wife... My wife is 16 weeks pregnant. Barely out of the Tivoli restaurant in Vic-en-Bigorre, she started feeling very unwell: repeated vomiting, shortness of breath, and a headache. We called emergency services (15 in France), who immediately directed us to the emergency room. As a result, she was admitted to the hospital from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., underwent a full examination, received an IV drip, and was under medical observation. The doctor told us it was likely food poisoning. When I pointed out that the dish wasn't good, the cook came out of the kitchen with a simple plastic container holding the raw scallops to show them to me. This scene particularly surprised me. In my opinion, such delicate products shouldn't be handled or presented in this way in the dining room, especially during a heatwave. During our conversation, the owner told us he had personally brought the scallops back that very morning. Upon inspection, we found no refrigerated vehicles belonging to the establishment, only a Peugeot 5008 parked in front. This raised serious concerns about the conditions under which the food was transported and stored. When we inquired about the kitchen staff's qualifications, we were told that everyone was properly trained. Given the circumstances, this response did little to reassure us. The owner offered my wife's meal free of charge, as if the problem were a matter of a few euros, when our sole concern was her health and the risks associated with her pregnancy. Given the seriousness of the situation, I filed a complaint with the Regional Health Agency (ARS) and the relevant authorities so that the necessary inspections could be carried out and this would not happen again to other customers. I am recounting the events as we experienced them. After several hours spent in the emergency room and the consequences suffered by my pregnant wife, we will never set foot in this establishment again.

Tasteless, not fresh… The servers didn't even seem to care if their food was any good, and the state of the kitchen in the back was further proof. Keep walking

11/05/2026: First of all, the location is amazing, having a little paradise so close to the city was incredible, yet surprisingly peaceful and calm. The rooms are beautiful, with a charming old-fashioned atmosphere. I also appreciated that the place never felt crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. My wife and I had dinner at the restaurant, and both the quality and quantity of the food were excellent. My favorite part, however, was the massage: the treatment room and the service were outstanding, truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The spa itself is also very well maintained and in excellent condition. We will definitely come back. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

30/06/2026: We stayed overnight on June 21st. Despite the heatwave and with a powerful fan, we had a good night's sleep. We were welcomed by a woman who was very dedicated to her work from our arrival until the generous breakfast. The restaurant's terrace was nicely shaded. The service, the food, everything was perfect! The owner was also very present and helpful. We received excellent advice and will definitely return.

13/06/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are incredibly welcoming, with a great sense of humor and genuine hospitality. The restaurant offers a very warm atmosphere with the small river flowing right by. The owner is very friendly and engaging, and you'll enjoy a pleasant conversation if you have the chance to chat with him or the rest of the team. The menu offers a good selection at reasonable prices, with generous and well-balanced portions. I highly recommend it, as well as the bar next door, if you want to have a great time with family, as a couple, with friends, or for special events.

17/03/2026: A good hotel for several nights and good food. Passing through for work, I wasn't disappointed. A bit far from everything, but it's lovely to be surrounded by nature, a real treat for nature lovers.
