03/07/2026: We arrived like slightly lost tourists and left feeling like we were locals, which says it all. The welcome was incredibly warm; the staff were genuinely lovely without being pushy, which is rare and refreshing. The fact that they accepted our dog without raising an eyebrow was already a huge plus, but they even thought to offer him water… honestly, that earned him some serious points. As for the food, no complaints whatsoever: it was delicious, well-presented, and you could tell it was made with care without being pretentious; almost everything was homemade. In short, a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

26/05/2026: This bistro is to be avoided like the plague!!! Absolutely no respect for the customer. We had booked a coffee and croissant break at this establishment months in advance for a group of 48 people from my club. Fifteen days before our arrival, we confirmed our reservation by phone for 9:30 am. On Saturday, May 23rd, imagine our surprise to find the bistro closed at 9:30 am on market day, with no explanation whatsoever! We had to leave and find an alternative for 48 people. Later, I received a phone call from the owner informing me that someone had arrived at his establishment!!! Honestly, change careers!!! You are incompetent!!

24/05/2026: Christine is lovely. A warm welcome, friendly service, and a very good meal. I ordered the ribeye steak with the chef's sauce and homemade fries rare, and it arrived rare. Excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it. All this on a very quiet back terrace. I highly recommend it.

29/04/2026: I was just passing by, but decided to stop in. The result was much better than expected. The family, and this is a family-run restaurant, takes their business seriously. The food is delicious, and they pay a lot of attention. No pretense or affectation. Thank you so much, guys. The dessert was fantastic!

14/04/2026: We came as a family hoping to have a good time, and overall the food was decent. However, we were really disappointed with the value for money. The portions were particularly small, which left a feeling of stinginess considering the prices. The white chocolate dessert seemed too simple and very sweet, and didn't live up to the expected standard for this type of menu item. Furthermore, the service, while well-intentioned, seemed clearly understaffed for such a large dining room, which impacted the overall experience. Reading the responses to some reviews, one gets the impression that customer feedback is systematically dismissed, which doesn't encourage us to believe that these comments are actually being heard. In the end, we left with mixed feelings, far from what we expected given the prices and the restaurant's overall promise.

16/06/2026: I was very disappointed by the welcome upon arrival. No friendly smiles, just shouting to announce safety instructions, jokes, and disparaging comments about our region under the guise of being witty... I thank and offer my support and kindness to the charming hostesses and waitresses who were very professional and incredibly kind. Whether it's a bad day or not, remaining courteous and speaking politely is part of quality service and is called respect. Fortunately, this didn't stop our lovely group from enjoying themselves in our typical Béarnais good humor.

The place has been beautifully renovated with new furniture and cozy, comfortable armchairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee and a pastry, whether with friends, family, or even while working from home. The products are excellent: crusty artisanal bread, fresh pastries, and delicious homemade cakes—everything is top quality. The owner truly takes great care of his customers, is very welcoming, and attentive to detail. You can feel his passion and desire to offer a genuine artisanal bakery in the neighborhood. An excellent place that I highly recommend!
