06/09/2026: We came to Podium Bistrot Festif after seeing a recommendation from Grey Wiese on YouTube. Unfortunately, we didn’t know that the kitchen closes from 2:30pm until 7:00pm, as this information is not clearly mentioned anywhere. We arrived at 2:50pm. However, the main disappointment was the service. When we entered, nobody came to greet us, and we stood at the entrance for several minutes. A woman sitting at a table with a laptop turned out to be the manager. She clearly saw us but didn’t seem interested in welcoming us. When she finally came over, she was not friendly or welcoming at all. We understand that the kitchen was closed, but recommending another restaurant across the street with a completely different concept Indian-American cuisine was not very helpful. We were disappointed with the service before we even had the chance to sit down. Unfortunately, after Grey Wiese’s recommendation, we expected much better

30/08/2026: The €25 lunch menu is very good value. We used to come quite often, even for family celebrations, but since reopening after the holiday closure, the menu has changed, and I think it was a bit better before. There was more choice, at least three courses, for starters, main courses, and desserts. A shame…

22/10/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant. The tarte flambée was not up to the standards of our region (canned mushrooms cooked in a pan before being placed on the tart), two cherry tomatoes on top...what was the point? To make it look pretty? 🤔 In short, it's a real shame because the restaurant is very well located and used to have a good reputation...

09/09/2026: Long wait for food despite place being almost empty. Most of menu not available. Tarte flambée was very good when it arrived though.

12/10/2026: As for the main course, the vegetarian burger was dry, just like the first time... Regarding the rather unpleasant service, a symbolic one star for the waiter we were lucky enough to get. For context, we had arrived a while earlier to get a seat in front of the screen to watch a World Cup match. A few minutes later, we were squeezed into another group of people at our table (the goal being to maximize profit by cramming people in... anyway). After ordering, we waited, and they came to pressure us several times about the order, saying we needed to hurry up (since we were in the kitchen, they could expedite the orders, which is great). Moving on, we received our food, then they moved us to a table for two people when there were three of us (of course, there wasn't a chair, which we had to ask for multiple times) in a spot with absolutely no view of the match, which was the reason we had come in the first place. In short, unpleasant, I do not recommend it, especially if you hope to watch something on a big screen, or else reserve the table right in front in advance and at the right time, otherwise they might rush you to make room for others.

18/09/2026: A very friendly restaurant; I eat there at least once a week—it's practically my regular spot. The service is pleasant, the food is excellent as always, and the atmosphere is great. Don't hesitate to come! (Plus, there's parking!!)

04/10/2026: Fantastic restaurant!!! My friend and I loved it! Having already been this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, we wanted to try the second menu, and we weren't disappointed! The cuisine was generous, refined, and attentive to detail, using truly fresh, local ingredients! What more could you ask for at such a reasonable price? We were always warmly welcomed. The owners are incredibly attentive. The setting is lovely! Don't hesitate!

22/10/2026: My husband and I stopped in for a night cap after the symphony (so I cannot comment on the food). I ordered a limoncello spritz and it was excellent! My husband asked the waiter for a recommendation on a red wine and he brought out a fabulous Pinot noir...drinks were wonderful and so was the service!
