22/06/2025: Good hotel in a strategic location for us in the French Alps. With 58 Dutch biker friends we were very hospitably received here with good rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Also the shower was for me one of the best I have ever had anywhere. We will gladly come back here again.

17/05/2026: Booked for a family stay of 15 people with half-board. A single main course and breakfast were included. The room was clean. There was no usable indoor space during the day or evening for working or playing cards. The meals were adequate, but don't expect anything special. The hotel staff, while smiling and friendly, have strong personalities, for better or for worse.

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.

15/02/2026: A warm and friendly welcome awaited us upon arrival, immediately putting us at ease. The dining room is truly charming, with vaulted ceilings and lovely exposed stonework, and the bistro-style wooden tables and chairs add a convivial and authentic touch. The dishes are good, simple, and made with artisanal products, which is evident in the flavors, even if the overall experience remains somewhat classic. The plates could perhaps use a little more flair or surprise to make the experience more memorable. We were slightly disappointed with our Shepherd's Platters, where the meat pies seemed to have been "forgotten." With a price reduction of around five euros, the quantity/quality/price ratio would undoubtedly be more balanced. Overall, a pleasant place to sample local products, although for a similar result, you could just as easily fill your basket with gourmet treats directly at the market.

27/05/2026: Very good meal for the price. The dessert cream could have been firmer. The only slight drawback was the lack of customer service skills. Being more friendly and approachable with customers would have been nice.

19/05/2026: We had lunch at this crêperie during a visit to Notre-Dame-de-Monts. The food was excellent, with delicious, generously filled galettes. The waitress was very friendly, and the service was quick. The crêpes were divine! I highly recommend this establishment!

17/05/2026: A truly beautiful establishment, both the hotel and the restaurant. The welcome was pleasant and professional, the room spotless, the breakfast perfect, and the restaurant very good, with refined and delicious dishes. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant today. The food was absolutely delicious, the dishes beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. But above all, a huge thank you to the service: the waiters were exceptional, attentive, warm, and very professional. Honestly, I have nothing but praise. The restaurant's atmosphere was also very pleasant. A truly great experience; I highly recommend it.

07/07/2026: Cold welcome, sloppy service (salad shaken before being put in the bag), bread roll charged but not given. Tasteless salad, undercooked rice. Offered a drink that wasn't included in the set menu. Cold drink served without ice and at room temperature. Avoid at all costs!

05/07/2026: I came to the pastry shop today and saw a saleswoman who was doing a fantastic job working alone at the counter, managing several customers at once. She was smiling and helpful.

07/06/2026: June 2026 It's a shame there's no delivery within a 5-kilometer radius, which would allow them to serve Fay, Trainou, Donnery, Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel, and Jargeau. A bit of history. Kahina is a heroine of Berber history. That's the name of this typical rural fast-food establishment. Eat in or take away. Large, dark dining room. No outdoor seating. A shame. Customers are an indirect guarantee of the freshness of what they consume. Prejudices persist.

03/06/2026: The hotel was excellent, the room spacious with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The food was very good, the menu changed daily and was very varied, featuring homemade cuisine. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I've been coming here for work for a long time and I'm never disappointed. I recommend Les Gravades.

27/05/2026: While in transit, I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant: beer, starter, main course, dessert, and coffee for under €20, and it was delicious! The staff were friendly and efficient.

14/05/2026: We were able to share dishes from the inn on several occasions, but unfortunately the prices become excessive from aperitif to dessert.

22/04/2026: We had an absolutely magical time at Auberge d'Alata, where we enjoyed a family dinner. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and we immediately felt at home. The wood-fired cuisine was a true delight; each piece of meat was perfectly cooked, with incredible flavors. The service was impeccable, and the setting, with its convivial atmosphere, truly charmed us. We highly recommend this restaurant and advise making a reservation beforehand to ensure you have this wonderful experience. A must-try restaurant if you're visiting Ajaccio, but note that it's only open in the evenings ;-)
