27/10/2026: An old-fashioned brasserie with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Lovely decor and a great atmosphere. I've been a customer for over 20 years and have absolutely no complaints. I ordered the same salad I used to order, and it tasted just as good, with one slight difference. The plate was full, the food perfectly cooked—nothing to criticize about the salads. The prices are fair considering the quality and quantity of the dish. I highly recommend it. It gets very busy at lunchtime and in the evening, so plan ahead to be sure of getting a table. A very good place.

23/10/2026: Chez Prosper was my go-to spot from 2000 to 2010. Tandoori salad was my passion. Then, from 2010 until now, I've been a regular every two years. Today, the portions were smaller, the quality was more than mediocre, and the price had gone up. The waiter's excuse for the smaller portion size would surely be less wasteful if the quality had been there. Extremely disappointed, this will be my last visit. 🥹

08/09/2026: Great place to charge your vehicle. However, eating there is a completely different story… I think this takes the prize for the worst McDonald's in the Southwest! They seriously need to get their act together and improve things, because the competition is coming very soon…

31/08/2026: A nasty surprise: our reservation was confirmed, but the restaurant was closed upon arrival. Remember to close your reservations when you close. We came from far away, and it was a very unpleasant experience 😔

21/10/2026: Le Bistrot de Paris is more than just a bistro; the food is gourmet! The dishes are refined and beautifully presented. The meat was incredible and tender. The amuse-bouche, beetroot panna cotta, was very good. The dessert, a half macaron with vanilla pastry cream and fresh fig, was delicious. I highly recommend it.

18/10/2026: We came to eat at Bistrot de Paris in Saint-Amand, just the two of us, and we had a wonderful time! The starter was very original and the main course absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the pasta with salmon and butternut squash sauce, which was excellent. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you again to the team for this lovely experience; we will gladly return!

27/09/2026: Ridiculous. I ordered the "Thai Basil Tofu" for the modest sum of 16 Euros. I got one (yes, just one) tiny cube of tofu on a pile of undercooked rice, with haphazardly chopped peppers, broccoli, and carrots, with absolutely no coherence. It looked like the improvised "Asian" dish your Alsatian roommate would throw together after a night out. Nothing authentic about it. Not necessarily bad, but light years away from the standards you'd expect for that price. Borderline insulting. Anyway, I hope the owners enjoy the money they stole from me because this is definitely the last time they'll see a penny from me. Just one cube of tofu, for crying out loud!

13/10/2026: So, the ribeye steak is a joke... Yes, because as a professional chef, if you want a good ribeye steak, definitely steer clear. It's already dishonest to sell a vulgar Parisian ribeye (full of gristle, of course, it's a Parisian steak) under the name "ribeye steak"... Following this complaint, one dish (out of three) was changed to a beef steak, described on the menu as very tender meat. But you still have to be careful not to cut it with the grain, because it's inedible if it's cut the wrong way and then seared... pffft... Anyway, between 40-50 Euros with a cocktail, a snack plate, an appetizer, and... Don't worry, we skipped desserts and coffee... I'll never go back...

12/10/2026: The hygiene in this restaurant's kitchen is a disgrace. I had the opportunity to visit the basement of this building; it's been squatted by this restaurant, which uses it for storage and as a garbage dump. Mice are everywhere.

30/09/2026: I wanted to play it safe and ordered a poke bowl; it seemed simple enough. And yet… The rice was undercooked, the beans were hard, and there was no sauce… At €19.90, that's a real rip-off. The waiter clearly didn't care when I pointed it out. First and last time for me.
