03/10/2026: Visiting in mid-September in the afternoon, all the pools were the same temperature. There was absolutely no pleasure in relaxing in lukewarm, almost chilly water. We only stayed 30 minutes out of the two hours because it was so cold we were practically shivering and sick. Many other customers that day shared this sentiment, hearing "Oh, that one's cold too" every time we entered a pool. This place is way overrated and feels more like a municipal swimming pool than a place of peace and relaxation. No joke: the warmest water was the shower afterward.

This morning, we received a terse text message informing us that the restaurant would be unable to honor our reservation, without any explanation or apology. Worse still, it's impossible to reach them by phone or text message to get any clarification or an alternative. Such a lack of professionalism and respect for customers is unacceptable, especially for an establishment that claims to be reputable. We had to improvise a last-minute alternative, which ruined our day. Avoid this place if you value a stress-free experience.
