I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews about the service because I find the staff very friendly despite the impressive queue. Managing such a large number of customers must be difficult. A victim of its own success!

17/07/2026: Yesterday, my friend and I stopped by for a drink, as we always do when we're in Riom. I asked a waitress where the restrooms were. She told me they were at the back, to the right. Then another waitress behind the counter said, "Just go to the public restroom next to the pharmacy..." She shouldn't be surprised when she runs out of customers.

03/07/2026: A restaurant where you'll only hear Marseilles accents. It's a guarantee of quality, as it's the locals who come to eat here. And indeed, the cuisine is simple but very good, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Plus, you're greeted with a smile. On weekends, reservations are essential as it gets very busy. Closed in the evenings.

It's a shame this woman is so bad because the bakery itself is very good. The management needs to be reviewed; I'm very disappointed and won't be setting foot in there again. Have a good evening.

30/05/2026: A short break for two. As lovers of historic buildings, we were delighted. Tastefully prepared food. Meals and breakfast, enjoyed on the shaded terrace, were generous. Fair price. Professional service, perhaps a little too much so for us.

28/06/2026: Excellent food and a beautiful setting on the outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, the service during our visit was disappointing. They couldn't give me the wines on offer, only "white, rosé, red," yet I was charged for the most expensive one. There was a price list on a display stand next to the till, but they never brought it to me. For dessert, I ordered a caramel panna cotta, and to my surprise, I was brought a red fruit coulis. The person supposedly didn't have paper and a pen to write down my order and just took what was ready in the kitchen. I don't regret insisting on my order, though, because the caramel was delicious!

12/07/2026: I went to L'Étrier yesterday, and between the thousands of flies, the really bad pizza, and the terrible service, I left feeling absolutely disgusted! I don't recommend it at all!! The worst part was, it was infested with flies! I didn't even order dessert for my daughter!

27/07/2026: As a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, I have never received such poor service in a Kusmi Tea boutique. I am extremely disappointed by the reception I received during my last visit to the Kusmi Tea store in Atlantis Saint-Herblain on July 23rd! The new sales assistant (perhaps the new store manager) was particularly unpleasant, haughty, and disrespectful towards me as a customer. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were far removed from the values ​​of advice, quality, and service that I have always associated with Kusmi Tea. After 15 years of loyalty to the brand, this experience leaves a bitter taste. A good product is not enough: customer service and respect are also part of the in-store experience. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into account, as such behavior can cause customers to lose their loyalty.

15/03/2026: Very disappointed: customers are clearly not treated equally. A small charcuterie platter to share between two raclettes and two charcuterie fondues... all while admiring the charcuterie platters at the next table, which were twice as large... who knows why? Add to that the less-than-stellar service... I do not recommend it. Unfortunately, the owners seem to have also taken over the Avalanche restaurant... I desperately need a serious alternative in Puy...

15/06/2026: Passing through the 3rd arrondissement, I relied on the reviews and ordered the flan for €12.50. Big mistake 😔, huge disappointment! The flan was barely the height of a fingernail, very dense, with no real vanilla flavor. It tasted like one made with a pre-prepared mix.

14/06/2026: I've been a customer of this bakery for several years and have always appreciated the quality of its products and the friendly service. However, I've been a little disappointed lately. On several occasions, a new sales assistant has served me the most overcooked, even burnt, baguettes, as well as products that weren't as visually appealing. For example, when croissants were particularly small, the staff used to offer a discount or ask my opinion before packaging them. Now, products are sometimes put directly into bags without checking if they're suitable for the customer. Once is one thing, twice is another, but when it happens regularly, it becomes frustrating. It's a shame, because I genuinely appreciate this bakery and I simply hope to see the return of the attentive customer service that has always been its hallmark.

30/06/2026: It's awful, there's practically nothing there, and when it's empty they don't refill it, and the owner is watching you, you feel like you're in prison. It's awful, run away!
