25/12/2025: Is it still open?! On December 24th, it was listed as open until 6 PM on Google's special hours for that day, but in the end, the doors were closed. Not a word, nothing. Nobody there, even though we had driven across town to get there 😭 with my parents, who live 800km away and adore Pailhasson chocolates from Pau... I've been a customer since 2020, first in Tarbes and then in Pau, and I was so disappointed myself.

07/11/2025: Shop closed. Incorrect opening hours. I made a special trip... frustrating.

04/07/2026: During our hike on the Cap de la Hague (trail 5), we stopped at this hotel-restaurant for a drink and a bit of a break. The place, like the village itself, invites tranquility and quiet conversation, a welcome respite from the heatwave, which is rather limited in the Manche region.

17/06/2026: A truly wonderful place where I take all my friends. It's a crêpe shop offering takeaway only. Worth discovering, because at first glance the shop doesn't hint at the little gem inside.

03/04/2026: I agree. Breton cakes and kouign aman are particularly good.

06/07/2026: The food is too simple. The salmon terrine from Thiol or elsewhere isn't great, too processed. The salad leaf in each dish is a bit outdated. It's a shame because the terrace is lovely and the setting is pleasant. It just deserves an effort in presentation and a more limited, but homemade, menu.

01/12/2025: A very quiet brasserie with excellent crepes, and if you want great cocktails, this is the perfect place.

11/11/2025: Great place! The pizzas are delicious and generously topped. Special mention to the owner, always welcoming and full of good cheer—it's a pleasure to see someone who loves their job and their customers. We'll definitely be back!

28/05/2026: No welcome whatsoever, loudly belittling customers, pure madness from two raging beasts, the owner and waitress completely out of touch with absolutely no manners or professionalism! Ladies, you urgently need to consider changing careers or going back to school to study hospitality and receive rigorous and instructive training, because it seems you know nothing about the business. Luckily, your regulars are there to keep the place afloat; in another city, you would have been closed down a long time ago! A word to the wise...

12/05/2026: Where to begin, it was so disastrous! Supermarket quality, and that's putting it mildly! I had a terrible stomach ache all evening. The fried rice wasn't really fried rice at all, and the whole thing smelled like old, fried food. I repeat, supermarket quality, not Chinese restaurant quality. I threw half of it away because it was so stale and tasteless. I don't understand why this restaurant is still open. People have no taste buds, it's unbelievable! In short, the stench of fried food and the oil in the spring rolls must never be changed. My money was down the drain!

27/06/2026: We stumbled upon this bistro by chance one evening; it was very pleasant, and the service was excellent. A perfect evening!

04/05/2026: We went for breakfast and the coffee they served us was delicious.

30/06/2026: A very pleasant spot, shaded and cool, with a warm welcome, live football matches, and barbecues – in short, everything you need for a great time. Plus, Grans is a lovely little village where you feel right at home! Come one, come all!

27/06/2026: Ordered a burger with no tomato... It had tomato. Was average taste for a burger and the salad on the side was just lettuce. Fries were good. Although the staff were friendly and nice they were rushed off their feet due to understaffing. Waited a long time for service.

18/05/2026: The setting is very nice. However, I'm sorry to say I was disappointed with my Caesar salad. The chicken tender was good, but the presentation was very basic, and for example, the hard-boiled eggs were cold and tasteless, as if they'd just come out of the freezer.
