01/05/2026: [April 2026, school holidays] Good experience at this Japanese restaurant. I agree with the reviews regarding the small portions of fish 🐟 in the sashimi. But I can understand that in an all-you-can-eat menu. Otherwise, the service is quick and the staff is pleasant. As for the noise, we weren't bothered because there were very few of us that evening: besides us, only two other tables were occupied (4 customers) in our section of the restaurant to the right as you enter. We hadn't made a reservation.

26/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Our table for 7 was already set outside, so we had no choice but to eat outside. However, the restaurant applies "PE" prices for outdoor seating and "PI" prices for indoor seating, particularly for drinks. We were automatically charged the PE prices even though we had a reservation to eat in. None of the 7 dishes we ate were good. My pizza was bad and indigestible. The supposedly breaded Camembert was anything but. I should also add that the interior is full of tourist items for sale, which is very strange and confusing.

26/07/2026: Ordered a Croque straight from the freezer, not even warm inside and as flat and soggy as can be. What a disappointment 🙈

05/06/2026: (SPOILED MEAT!) We waited 20 minutes before I even asked for an aperitif. A 33cl Desperados (as listed on the menu) was only 25cl, and the (homemade) iced tea tasted like old dishwater. Ten minutes later, the waitress arrived with two main courses, but the other customers had just left—now we know why! The main course was a burger, so the meat was medium-rare instead of rare, and the fries arrived five minutes later. The other dish was a lacquered pork rib, but one piece of it was clearly spoiled; a horrible smell hit my nose. In short, shameful, avoid at all costs!

20/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The setting is very warm and authentic, ideal for enjoying superb Savoyard specialties. The raclette and local charcuterie were excellent and very generous. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it for a truly gourmet experience in Annecy!

19/06/2026: Don’t order the salads! We stopped for lunch here after a ChatGPT recommendation. The salads are very skinny with a few salad leaves and a single tomato sliced into 4. Mine had cheap ham and a huge pile of dry fries. My wife’s had 2 poached gags and some bacon bits. Very disappointed for French food.

12/12/2025: I really love this restaurant, the welcome, the service, the atmosphere and of course the food!! A slight disappointment with the desserts on my last visit which I found a little bland, but the dish of the day (pork chop with smoked paprika and sweet potatoes) was exceptional!

08/12/2025: A lovely spot just steps from Lille Flandres train station. It was delicious and very generous! We'll definitely be back!

05/05/2026: Unacceptable! We live an hour and a half away, so we checked the opening hours (the day before and the morning of) for Sunday, May 3rd. The website and Google indicated 3 PM. We arrived and nothing was open, just a sign saying "End of Season," even though it was still listed online as opening at 3 PM... Several people had already passed by, all hoping to skate. It's shameful not to update your hours online these days. We wasted time and gas, and ended up disappointed.

15/03/2026: Great ice rink. A major negative point was the person at the bar. We went up and sat down. There was no sign indicating that we had to order at the bar. The person working at the bar remained seated at a table, having a drink and chatting. She didn't say anything to us and didn't get up. We waited for more than 15 minutes. When she finally got up and we realized it was her, we asked if we could have a drink. At that point, she gave us a very unpleasant response, saying we had to get up. Ordering at the bar wasn't a problem, but a smile and a pleasant explanation would have been nice.

It has a very convivial atmosphere, somewhat reminiscent of a traditional Lyonnais bistro. The service is relaxed, sometimes a little informal, but always warm—you really feel at home. And when the owner is in the mood, he even sings along to French classics, which adds to the charm of the place 🎶 As for the food, it's difficult for me to judge the entire menu… because I always order the same thing 😄: the rare flank steak with shallot sauce, served on a large board with fries and salad. And it's incredible. The cooking is perfectly executed, the meat is tender, the sauce delicious… a real treat every time. It's generous, flavorful, and very well prepared. For meat lovers, it's definitely a place to know. My companions tried other dishes and were always very satisfied as well: you can taste the homemade quality, the fresh ingredients, and the food prepared to order. He even disputes his own price signs, claiming they're wrong, even though they're clearly displayed right in front of him. The food is inedible. I ordered a hot dog, and the sausage and sauce were disgusting. Plus, I had a terrible stomach ache after my meal. And let's not even mention the exorbitant prices. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
