24/03/2026: We really enjoyed the crepes; however, the menu is unsuitable for children (no children's menu). We ordered two plates of plain coquillettes pasta, and the waitress didn't inform us that the prices from the hotel's evening menu would apply, which was €19 per plate. Similarly, the two scoops of ice cream were not included in the creperie's menu and were charged at €10! What a shame!

29/09/2026: It's quick, very good value for money, with set menus at €8 and €9.30 (3 spring rolls, 1 main course, and a nougat-type dessert). Inexpensive and very convenient.

18/09/2026: An immersive setting inspired by ancient Egypt, an original and photogenic atmosphere. The place attracts a lot of people, but remains pleasant for a shisha break.

23/07/2026: Lovely little bar. Good location in old part of the city centre, beautiful alleyway with the historic castle at the end of it. Very traditional feel. Would definitely recommend as a refreshment break when sightseeing. Staff were really friendly

04/02/2026: It's a real struggle to get a quote! I envy those who have had the good fortune to use La Gourmandine's services, as we're having such a hard time getting in touch with them. After several email exchanges asking for details for an ESTIMATE and several follow-ups: still no quote. We were asked to come to the wedding fair to make contact, which we did, and gave them our information again with the promise of a quote "early next week." No news for a week, and another follow-up resulted in a message left on their answering machine asking for "additional information"... Good luck to anyone trying to get a quote; we're giving up.

14/08/2026: We ordered four paninis. They were good, but nothing to write home about! There was a bit of a wait. Perfect for a quick bite in the Place des Marronniers.

14/09/2026: I had a few beers with two really nice guys, the man behind the bar was super friendly and a true proprietor, the kind you don't see anymore (a bald man, I can't remember his name, sorry). I was just passing through to look at some houses in the area. We're arriving in the region at the end of October, but I'll definitely be back. Great atmosphere, no pressure, great music. An "old-school" bar, but the kind of bar you want to last forever because they're the best, actually!

28/08/2026: The bar closes too late, and the customers are a nuisance until all hours, even when you're a bit away from it.

13/10/2026: Good restaurant. A bit lacking in hot dish options, but otherwise good overall. And pleasant.

11/09/2026: Whether you order takeout or eat in, the food is always delicious. It's a small restaurant that might not look like much from the outside, but the food is good, and the owners are friendly. And the kids love it...

18/10/2026: Discover the trap of perfection 😋 An exceptional "grand restaurant" with minimalist decor in an intimate setting. The cuisine is wonderfully bold and deliciously ambitious, with some dishes losing their balance, but the experience is unique! The menu is very generous, and you'll discover a multitude of flavors and little surprises throughout the meal. Exceptional dessert menu 🍷 🥂 🍹 Very professional service.

13/10/2026: One of the worst experience ever. Before the dinner, we specifically asked about bringing our own wine and were told that it would be possible as long as we also ordered wine from the restaurant. At no point were we informed that there would be a corkage fee of €1,000, nor was any price mentioned or agreed upon beforehand. Only after we had finished the wine and received the final bill did we discover that a €1,000 corkage fee had been added. The issue is not simply that the fee was expensive. If a restaurant chooses to charge €1,000 for corkage, that is its decision, but such an exceptional amount should be clearly communicated in advance so that the guest can decide whether or not to accept it. Charging this amount without any prior notice felt extremely disrespectful and, in our view, lacked transparency and honesty. For a restaurant of this level, we expected professionalism, transparency and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite.

04/07/2026: Not rating the hotel but the restaurant. We had a wonder experience last night. The 4 of us picked the menu: Envie de tout, with pairing wine and tea. The meals were delicious and the service exceptional. We can hear that there is passion on their craft. Nadia gave us great explanation of her passion for overall well being, connection with Tea practice in China and Japan and the fine dining.

22/06/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t particularly impressive. The service left a lot to be desired, and the food felt rather repetitive. I wouldn’t consider it the best choice for anyone looking for a truly memorable gastronomic experience.

06/09/2026: We came on a Saturday night at 10 pm for an Irish coffee, and the waiter refused to serve us, saying the coffee machine had already been cleaned, even though they close at 2 am 😡 We went back on Sunday afternoon. The weather was nice, and we wanted to sit outside and add another table since there were several of us, but the waiter still refused. Even if we moved a table, we would have put it back when we left. The waiter is really unfriendly and even arrogant. No wonder there are fewer customers 😡 We've been here before, and the other waiter was much nicer, and even the bartender was. Oh well, they lost some customers, and we went somewhere else where it was nicer 😊

14/08/2026: We ordered a half-pint of sparkling wine to start while we waited for our cocktails. The waiter, turning his back and walking away, replied, "We don't have any!" I wonder where the friendly atmosphere is! We left...

20/10/2026: The evening we came, there was nothing on the menu, and we're telling you this after we've already sat down. The "French Lover" platter is nothing to write home about, especially at €16! Ten crisps and two pieces of charcuterie and bread is a bit meager...

20/10/2026: Excellent restaurant! The food is delicious, the dishes are tasty, and the service deserves special mention. A real pleasure to eat here! 😋 I think it's a shame that some people mistake this restaurant for a fast-food joint. A restaurant is also about taking the time to prepare the dishes, serving customers well, and enjoying a pleasant experience. Quality sometimes requires a little patience, and we must respect the work of the restaurant owners and their team. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing! All the best to the whole team and thank you for your hard work! 👏💪

16/07/2026: The food looked better than it actually was. I could have made that punch myself for less! The atmosphere was good 👍. Next time I'll just get a doner kebab. They didn't speak my language, bad...
