However, the owner is very difficult with his employees…
The condition of the machines leaves much to be desired; beware of limescale in the coffee…
25/08/2026: A well-located restaurant offering quality cuisine. The atmosphere and service would be perfect if the owner were less aggressive towards the staff in front of customers (shouting, verbal abuse, etc.). Overall hygiene is good, apart from a few minor issues (poorly washed cups, food scraps in our dish, poorly cleaned equipment, etc.).

03/06/2026: The rooms are modern and functionally furnished, with soundproof windows, which are definitely necessary when facing the street. Breakfast is also suitable for vegans, although the selection of cheese and meat options is predominantly vegan.

One last little tidbit: the madeleine from Commercy is still better than the one from Stenay… 😄😂

Everything went down fine, then I finished with the Pepsi. A few sips later, a strange taste hit me. See attached photo... I don't understand how you trace your products...

31/07/2026: The pills are very good, however, a minor drawback is the matcha, which costs €5.90 and the cups are only half full… I find that a bit disappointing considering the price.
28/07/2026: New layout at Bagel Corner in La Valentine, very trendy! Ordering at the kiosk is now available, there's a counter for donuts, muffins, and drinks, and a yellow cube serving as the kitchen.
Too bad! You can no longer see the bagels being made.
The wait to be served was long even though it wasn't very busy… it's reopening time!
Major drawback: the area isn't non-smoking because the employees smoke in front of the open door, and the smoke fills the restaurant. 🤢

The hamburger was excellent!
28/09/2026: A truly pleasant setting, a welcoming team, and attentive service. We had a wonderful meal: generous portions, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. It has everything you'd expect from a good downtown brasserie, with a genuinely friendly atmosphere.
A fantastic spot just steps from Place d'Erlon, where I'll gladly return. I highly recommend it!

05/10/2026: I've always been happy with this restaurant. But for the past few months, I don't know if they've changed chefs or not, but it's really gone downhill.
I went there with my students and also with friends. We were all unanimous.
We pointed out the burnt fries, the salads without dressing and with small pebbles... And at no point were we offered anything else. It's a real shame; unfortunately, I won't be going back.
23/09/2026: I hadn't been here in a long time, but unfortunately, it's not much better. Average welcome. The food was decent but nothing special; it lacked warmth and the dish was lukewarm. Average service. Expensive for the price. Difficult to recommend.
