23/06/2026: After leaving an honest review about our experience, we received a response from the owner that went far beyond what a right of reply would allow. Instead of explaining the issues I had raised, he chose to attack me, my wife, and our private life personally, resorting to insults, judgments, and personal attacks that have nothing to do with a normal relationship between a business and a client. This response unfortunately confirms the discomfort we already felt during our visit. Reading other reviews, I see that we are not the only ones to mention a problem with the welcome and the behavior. When the same complaint is repeated by several customers, it might be more constructive to reflect on one's own actions rather than respond with such aggression. I encourage everyone to read our exchanges and form their own opinion.

23/06/2026: I am deeply disappointed, not only by our experience at the restaurant, but especially by the way the owner treats customers when they express a negative opinion. Our meal did not go as we had hoped: a significant wait, an unwelcoming reception, and an overall unpleasant impression. I shared this experience honestly, as online reviews allow. In response, I received a reply filled with personal attacks, judgments about my private life, and insults directed at my husband and me, without any real attempt at self-reflection. A professional may disagree with a customer, but responding with such aggression is, in my opinion, unacceptable. Reading other reviews, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one to mention a problem with the service. When the same complaint is repeated regularly, it might be more constructive to examine the establishment's practices rather than attacking customers.

19/06/2026: I've had severe stomach pains and diarrhea for a week now after eating an unheard-of plate of kefta, a disgrace to Turkey.

17/06/2026: Since the new manager took over, it's excellent, the manager is very friendly, the restaurant is clean, I recommend it.

05/07/2026: I do not particularly like the restaurant even it is recommended by many local guides. The soup is a little salty and heavy compared to other pho restaurant nearby. Sanitation conditions are not a big concern for me, clean enough. Remmber this restaurant does not acccept credit card, bring your cash in advance.

20/06/2026: Cash only restaurant. Meat bone that was provided as appetiser after ordering was very tender and hot. The pho was on the salty side and noodles a little firm. Staff were friendly

06/06/2026: Warm goat cheese salad consisting of curly endive fresh from its vacuum-sealed bag, four slices of a cheap supermarket goat cheese log... For dessert, chocolate mousse in its original container with a remnant of the lid still on the rim. Overpriced for this type of product. The wine was acceptable.

08/05/2026: The couscous was good, but the service was deplorable, which is a real shame. There are several areas for improvement: first, welcoming customers upon arrival; not being served by a child, even though she did her best; reviewing the portion sizes, as the four of us received the same amount of couscous and vegetables as the table of three next to us; and finally, considering offering set menus at reasonable prices. Nevertheless, the couscous was good, the lamb tender, and the prices were fair.

15/07/2026: We booked fishing trip months ago before our trip and the trip was cancelled the day before departure for so called sea condition despite the weather is so good with not much wind. We were requested to wait nearly a week for next availability and obviously we can not as we are on holiday for a week here only. The website information was not accurate either. When I book the fishing trip it is said the boat trip to look at fireworks was cancelled this year. However when I was looking for new boat agency for fishing trip after their cancellation, I saw they have boat trip for fireworks again. A very un organized agency with no credibility.

12/07/2026: I'm updating my review. I was able to repeat the very interesting trip to Biarritz this June. It deserves 5 stars, but the system won't give them to me. Luckily, the Nivelle ferry is there with its professionalism, since the regular ferryman no longer bothers to go out at this time of year. What a disgrace! Who is behind this decision? What contempt for tourism!

17/05/2026: Very overpriced food. Not bad quality but the ramen was one slice of meat, broth, some noodles and a couple of slices of spring onion. No vegetables or anything else. The donburi was not a classic donburi but rice in a bowl with breaded chicken and lots of strong sauces on top, nothing else. Lovely staff and nice decor but not worth it for the food I'm afraid.

03/04/2026: The starters were good (vegetarian gyoza and cucumber salad), but the vegetarian ramen was not tasty. The vegetables and the broth both lacked flavor. There was no atmosphere, no music, and the guests felt a bit strange. It didn’t feel very authentic.

11/06/2026: The bread is good, and what's more, the bakery offers a free baguette for every three purchased. However, the pastries are a bit pricey...

01/06/2026: Nothing to say, the bakery is top-notch, I highly recommend it.

09/07/2026: A very warm welcome, friendly and attentive staff. We had salmon tartare and a Mykonos salad, both very good, although the limoncello spritz was a bit too strong. They accept holiday vouchers, which is rare in this area.

06/07/2026: The burgers and salmon steak are very good, the fries are homemade, I recommend this restaurant ☺️

09/07/2026: My order was due for delivery, but half the items were missing. I made several unsuccessful attempts to contact them. There was no follow-up, and I will not be ordering from them again.
