11/11/2024: Hard and chocolaty croissant which has halved its size, its quality but not its price, you don't care about the consumer's face, already that the customer service is disastrous (a hello limit half the time). With the quality of a supermarket you have no interest in buying here, an establishment to avoid because it has deteriorated so much.

18/06/2026: Service 0 We arrived at 6 a.m. on a Thursday evening, which I don't think is surprising. The owner (?) told us he wouldn't take our drink AND food orders at the same time. So we ordered drinks at the bar (otherwise, you can wait), and then immediately went back to order food. It makes no sense. I asked him right away if we could have food, and he confirmed that we could (once we'd ordered our drinks), but when he gave me the drink, he told me he only served (frozen) fries... Reading the reviews, I saw that this wasn't an isolated incident. There was also a disgusting smell in the street, so choose your table carefully.

22/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant to discover! The meal was exquisite, the ceviche was incredible and beautifully presented, and the linguine was perfectly seasoned and delicious – nothing to complain about. The service was excellent; we were greeted with a smile, which was lovely.

04/09/2025: It's very good, but the portions of meat or fish have decreased significantly in recent months; this is particularly noticeable in the bibimbap. Paying €19 for a bowl consisting mainly of rice, grated carrots, and mushrooms with only five or six tiny pieces of chicken or squid is insufficient. It's also often a bit too salty. The ravioli are delicious. Overall, the bill is too high, except for the weekday lunch menus.

11/04/2026: A place we'd never go back to. The pizza had hardly any cheese, three tiny pieces of chicken—we could barely find them. The mussels were a mere kilo; many were open but empty. In short, all of this made us decide against ordering anything else. The owner was incredibly unpleasant; I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

25/11/2025: Permanently closed. We made a reservation by phone for a large table on Saturday, November 22nd at 12:30 PM. It's closed. A passerby who works at the town hall said the restaurant is permanently closed.

12/11/2025: I used to go to Fuxia, but the quality is no longer there. The menu is now very limited compared to before, and the service and atmosphere are barely acceptable—the spirit of the old Italian restaurant is gone. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, the place had so much potential.

13/06/2026: The mission was more than accomplished; our hunger was more than satisfied by this excellent restaurant! The final stop on this long-distance hike, a beautifully designed and decorated place, a warm and lovely team, and a cascade of Queyras fondue with Bleu du Queyras cheese to help us recover from our exertions. Not forgetting the famous sweet "matefaim" for dessert! Absolutely fantastic!
