16/03/2026: Passing through Bischwiller with my friends, I wanted to grab a pizza. They recommended this pizzeria, which they've been going to for a long time. I must say it was a real find; the pizza was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices more than reasonable—in fact, for that size of pizza, I'd never seen anything like it. See you soon, I'll definitely be back.

03/07/2026: It is located in the small street so that it is pretty quiet to avoid touristic place. They have tarte flambe and carpaccio as much as you want. Reasonable price and good service.

23/05/2026: Customer service needs improvement... Just got a takeaway sandwich for a 6-year-old... Ordered at the counter, the little one accidentally put his hand on the glass, the woman grabbed his hand and removed it without saying a word... Okay, fine... Barely out of the door, the sandwich wrapper tore because it was hot. The child sat down for two minutes to eat at their table, then the woman came out and asked the child to leave because he hadn't paid to sit down... Perhaps if the wrapper had held up, he wouldn't have had to do that... 6 years old... No comment... And good luck!

18/07/2026: Unpleasant manager. No credit cards accepted for purchases under €10... which I can understand for a business that isn't very busy. The manager adds... "I make €3,000 a year doing this..." (by not taking credit cards... he'd already told us this for two glasses of wine). He adds... "a little cash..." I don't want to misinterpret that! Then there's the waiter who has to hold the bottles for him to open them while his other hand is free. All of this leaves a bad impression, which is also confirmed by other friends.

12/07/2026: The restaurant was filthy inside, with a pile of dirty glass on the counter and plates returned from other tables piled on top of a table as we entered. We ordered fries that never arrived. My daughters' meal plan included a frozen Mister Freeze that expired in March 2026, and it's now July 2026. We didn't order dessert because of the long wait for our food to clear. The owner was taking a cigarette break while the terrace was full.

15/07/2026: For my last evening in Paris, I chose to walk past this shop near the hotel while watching the World Cup semi-finals. I ordered a steak, but when they didn't ask its weight and I asked them to take it for one person, they offered me 600 grams. If that was a sale by weight, I wanted you to explain it properly. The woman next to me also ate a steak but left a lot. The flavor was delicious; it was a lifesaver. If it doesn't taste good, that's a serious complaint. The woman seemed sensible... and left the shop feeling a little sad.

15/07/2026: We are very sorry to have to agree with the reviews reporting negative experiences. Unclear prices, no drinks menu, everything verbal, no transparency about the food ordered. While locals were provided with free tap water, which is legally guaranteed, we were charged €10 for it. The same goes for a glass of wine at €16! The price of the meat was particularly problematic, as it was only partially listed on the menu, plus an appetizer/side dishes that were charged extra. The meat portions were completely excessive – naturally, this increased the price (charged per 100 grams = €22 per 100 grams) – and unfortunately, the quality was poor! If you, as a tourist, don't speak French well, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, you will receive good service, as you can clearly communicate what you want. There are obviously regular customers, with whom the staff maintains friendly and good communication. We initially felt very well looked after, but when the bill arrived suddenly and unsolicited, it was clear that this was solely for their profit. We contacted SignalConso on a recommendation. It was an unpleasant experience for us, as we've only had positive experiences in Paris so far and actually think Paris is wonderful, with so many friendly people. It's such a shame; the restaurant really didn't deserve this. Perhaps they can learn from their mistakes and the many positive reviews!

20/07/2026: Since I was a teenager, I've been buying pastries and viennoiseries, and sometimes bread. I've noticed that the service and attention to customer care haven't been there for quite some time. Even though I moved to a new neighborhood, I still often crossed part of town because I found your products so excellent. But today, I won't be coming back… Not only is the staff really unfriendly, but the cakes weren't fresh either, and at €5 a cake, the least they could do is be made that day. You run a family business, which is great, and the staff is large, but they're really not responsive.

04/07/2026: A fantastic find in Saint-Victor! The bread is top-quality, showcasing true artisanal skill, and there's a wide selection of delicious varieties. The shop also offers a lovely array of pastries, cakes, and savory treats. The service is delightful, with a welcoming and friendly team. It's a bakery where you can feel the care put into the products, making you want to return regularly.

02/07/2026: Service was a bit tricky but it was incredibly busy so props to them but still, 3 stars. Other than that everything was amazing. The food, drinks, atmosphere literally everything was awesome. To be honest I try five guys when I go abroad. Every time. And it's worth it!

15/05/2026: Second stay at this hotel. We booked a deluxe suite with a spa bath, half-board, and access to the relaxation area. We were, however, a little disappointed with the first meal, as the set menu was mandatory with no choice available, but this wasn't mentioned when we booked, which was a shame. For the second evening, we had the gourmet menu with a choice of two courses, and it was an exquisite meal! During our first stay, for just one night, we enjoyed the gourmet menu from the very first evening. We even extended our stay by an extra night in a standard room with the half-board option, which also included the gourmet menu. Despite this, our stay was pleasant. The staff is excellent, and the second evening's meal was delicious.

18/07/2026: Friendly welcome despite the late hour. The crepes are excellent and the service is quick, plus good value for money.

11/07/2026: Very good and very welcoming. Relaxing atmosphere for the meal. Family of 5. We come from Brittany and rarely find menus with so many choices, both savory and sweet. We highly recommend it. And we will return with just as much pleasure. Thank you to them.
