10/07/2025: Terrible customer service I left my charger and earphones at this restaurant — their team confirmed they had them, yet for three days I’ve been trying to get them back with no help. The receptionist Aurora and the security guard at the entrance (who refused to give us his name because he knows he’s wrong) were incredibly rude and dismissive, making us wait over an hour each time with zero explanation. This level of disrespect is unacceptable for any business. I hope management steps up, returns my belongings, and ensures no other customer is treated this way.

10/07/2025: The staff are very rude and when I tried to get my charger they said we won’t give it to you and I put my hand on the table she yelled and said don’t put it on the table and she told me go away what’s this it’s so unprofessional and this is the 3rd time I tried to get my charger the staff name is Aurora and the security

14/07/2026: We were with a club of several people and were served quickly and ate very well.

04/07/2026: The tarte flambée tasted like frozen pie. The staff at the counter were incredibly slow; they wouldn't even cut our pies because they were already in the box (as if it were difficult to open). We asked the person at the counter questions, but she didn't even answer us.

14/05/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant, and it's a great place. The food is high quality, the owner and waitress are very pleasant, the service is quick, and you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

19/05/2026: I wanted to change up the sauce on my wrap and they didn't let me do that because "one sauce is more expensive" that's a great way to make me not come back again. Otherwise it's cool.

29/05/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Le Patio des Garrigues, just a stone's throw from Nîmes. The place is magnificent, peaceful, and a real escape, with superb plane trees, a lovely terrace, and an almost idyllic atmosphere where you immediately feel like you're on vacation. But what we truly loved most was Laurence. We have rarely been welcomed with such kindness, generosity, and attentiveness. Laurence literally went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always with a smile and incredible thoughtfulness. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time and shared unforgettable moments with friends. You can tell she loves hosting and making people happy, and that makes all the difference. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, both for its location and for the exceptional warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Laurence!

26/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and after reading the reviews once we were seated, we wondered if we'd made the right choice. And in the end, YES!! It was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We'll be back!
