27/08/2026: Here's a summary of our last three visits. Always very good, but the other time we came on a Saturday afternoon around 4:00 PM, I think, and they were out of the savory options (four or five!). But then again, before the weekend, it's more about avoiding food waste, which I can understand. We went again late last night, and only one savory option was out of stock—perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the "croc waf" (a type of sandwich), which we ate immediately. It was already perfectly cooked, which is important because my friend is pregnant. I usually don't order it because I'm afraid it won't be full enough, but this one had such a huge amount of cheese—magnificent, excellent! We bought four other uncooked savory options to take home. The "crousti" (a type of sandwich) was excellent, and the "Sevilla banger" (a type of sandwich) was as good as ever. I have mixed feelings about the burger. The patty was much bigger than usual, which was a pleasant surprise, but it wasn't any tastier than the thinner ones, and there was less room for the sauce, so it was a bit dry. The young woman with glasses who served us was lovely; despite the high turnover, we're always made to feel welcome—that's the strength of young people.

29/10/2026: We tried having lunch yesterday at this bistro, sitting comfortably on the terrace. The waiter, Pierre, was explaining to the Asian tourists behind us that in France, they have to serve a full lunch or they'd go bankrupt (I'm summarizing)! Three tables of foreigners left (slow service, long rant from the waiter, etc.). The atmosphere was very tense. When our main courses arrived an hour later, my husband's burger was cold, as were the fries, and it had sauce. He had specifically asked for it without! The waiter replied, "It's not the end of the world!" This was followed by an altercation with him being told to "Go to hell, you old fool." My husband responded sharply, and it went on for a very long time! Insults were hurled at my husband and me, since I was told to "go to hell too! And shut my mouth!" I'm 63 years old and weigh 50 kilos, which is 30 kilos less than my husband. It's easier for them to pick on me. RUN AWAY!! RUN AWAY!! PS: We're locals, this place is a disgrace!!

28/10/2026: We sat down for lunch. The waiter, named Pierre, was constantly harassing the customers, mainly foreigners (it's easier that way). At least five tables left the restaurant because the wait was so long. I ordered a burger, specifying no sauce because I'm allergic to ketchup. After an hour, the burger arrived covered in sauce. I complained to the waiter, who laughed at me, telling me there were more important things in life than my burger and telling me to go f*** myself. By calling me an old fart… I stood up, refusing to accept the insult, and the man named Pierre started to become threatening (I'm 66 years old, have a heart condition, and wear glasses). His boss had to separate us. Meanwhile, the waiter told my wife to shut her mouth. Of course, the other customers at this bistro, who are supposed to be friends, turned on me. I've decided to file a complaint for blatant insults. This restaurant is a disgrace to the restaurant industry. Foreign tourists, stay away!!! Addendum following the manager's response: Your response is nothing but lies!! When you arrived, I asked you to pay even though I hadn't eaten the dish. You told me it was fine and that I didn't owe anything! Making me out to be a thief on top of that doesn't reflect well on you! Read the customer reviews about your waiter again; it's funny how many similarities there are.

01/06/2026: Excellent restaurant located in the hotel; the food is very good and very reasonably priced. Top-notch service and welcome.

28/04/2026: We didn't stay at this hotel as it was fully booked, but at 10:30 PM, after being turned away with a reservation from the Brit Hotel in La Ferté, we were redirected to a bed and breakfast known to the staff. So, for the quality of service provided, it deserved a review! Thank you

14/09/2026: I hesitated to give my opinion on this pizzeria. There's only one negative point: the owner is very unpleasant and the welcome is poor. Luckily, the young waitress was excellent, smiling, and very friendly. Regarding the owner's comments about the customers, I think one day he'll get a plate from a customer. As for the pizzas, they're very good.

27/08/2026: We have been coming to this pizzeria for many years. It is very good value for money and eating in a UNESCO World Heritage Square is magnificent! I recommend it!

20/08/2026: Friendly service. We received a very warm welcome and the food was excellent. It felt like visiting friends or family. There are several board games available for children, which is really great 👍
