10/09/2026: Excessive privatization. Stop opening your establishment to the public; just turn it into a venue for events/weddings, etc., because locals can't even use it as they'd like, and that's very disappointing.

01/09/2026: The DJ wasn't good: no sense in the transitions between songs, couldn't read the room, and changed songs mid-drop...

15/10/2026: I've known this restaurant for over 30 years; it was a long-established business back then. Time has passed, and the owner has moved. Today I went and had a bowl of beef brisket noodles. The beef brisket was slightly sweet at first bite, not the authentic beef brisket flavor. But the most disappointing thing was that I felt thirsty afterward; it probably contained MSG. I wouldn't recommend it!

10/10/2026: Error in the burger (chicken instead of fish). Instead of letting us keep the sandwich while they remade the fish one, they threw it away...food waste on top of their mistake. Toilet still as unlubricated as ever.

30/09/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it. Undercooked fries and small portions for an abnormally high price.

13/09/2026: It has become very expensive, our daughter ended up with half a fricadelle and we don't know where the other half went.

07/10/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Summam restaurant. The couscous was delicious, the semolina incredibly fine and airy. The accompanying vegetables were generous and flavorful. We found the merguez sausages, chicken, and kebabs to be succulent. The tables in the dining room are not too close together, which prevents any feeling of being crowded. It's a restaurant where you feel comfortable. The service is impeccable. And the icing on the cake: the restrooms are spotless. We highly recommend this restaurant.

18/09/2026: Excellent brasserie near the beach! The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and has a great sense of humor 😊. The mussels and fries are excellent and very generous. A real treat! The dessert was also delicious, with superb whipped cream and a truly divine café liégeois 😋. The service was quick, with no waiting. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this place!

08/05/2026: We stopped by today, and what a pleasant surprise! Home-style cooking prepared with exceptional skill. We ordered three different dishes, and everything was perfect. The location is ideal for both truckers and tourists, and the welcome was warm. There are plenty of options for seating, both inside and out. A must-try! Plus, the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous! Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness.

07/04/2026: We only had a coffee. Very friendly staff. If we have the opportunity again while passing through, we'd gladly come back.

24/09/2026: As loyal customers, whether for bread, sandwiches, or even eating in, I think this is the last time we'll be here today… For several weeks now, we've noticed a decline in the quality of the baguette… it's soggy, like day-old bread or supermarket bread… We've ended up with bread that's indistinguishable from what you find in a supermarket several times now… Disappointed… in fact, today we decided to leave without taking the bread they offered (it was completely soggy). The first few times, we thought it was freshly baked bread since we went late… But in the end, it doesn't matter what time it is… it's the same thing… That's it for us!

14/08/2026: Very disappointed compared to previous years. Just passing through, we were let down by the service; the salads offered didn't have all the necessary ingredients. We ate a rather bland salad with far too much dressing. The quality has definitely declined compared to what we've experienced before. We threw our meals away; what a waste.

15/08/2026: Sometimes, I felt compelled to buy my cigarettes there. I'd leave with the fear of being followed again, of hearing lewd comments, or simply of enduring unspoken glances. Surprise, surprise, the place has changed. I didn't know because I kept avoiding it. Now I feel safe and free. The coffee is a real treat. Incredible, a truly passionate roaster. Exceptional coffee at a very reasonable price. Coffee is more expensive in fast-food places. It's been 30 years since there was a tea room like this. I miss it, so maybe one day...

27/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had dinner at the Castel last night, and we have nothing but praise for it. The welcome, the kindness of the owner, and the excellent cuisine were all outstanding! We will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

For some time now, I've been ordering the set menu, mainly because my budget has decreased, and I find it really worthwhile: it's comprehensive, generous, and allows you to eat well at a reasonable price. Thank you also for your consistency over the years, both in terms of the quality of the food and your availability by phone and the quality of the deliveries. 🙏🏽 I've had the opportunity to try a few restaurants offering similar dishes, but for me, none can compare to your cuisine. I'm quite particular about what I eat and I place great importance on the quality of the ingredients, so your consistency is truly appreciated. Thank you again and keep up the good work!
