07/05/2026: I went to the Feuillette bakery in St Gervais la Forêt on Tuesday at around 12:20 pm. I was very disappointed. I ordered a salad and some new potatoes. The saleswoman asked me to come back in 5 minutes to pick up my dressing because she hadn't finished it. Five minutes later, I arrived, and she gave me a salad dressing without a lid, wrapped in cling film—not very practical—and, most importantly, no choice of dressing. I asked her for the dressing for the new potatoes, and she told me it hadn't been made and that there wouldn't be any that day. This is simply unacceptable because I paid the full price for my items, even though they weren't complete. Very disappointing for the price I was charged.

01/04/2026: I was very disappointed by the reception and the staff's lack of friendliness. As a person with a disability (no mobility issues, but other problems), I called a few days beforehand to request a specific type of room. The person on the phone told me it wasn't their problem and that I should ask at reception upon arrival. So I arrived at the hotel and repeated my request. The response: I should have called earlier. I explained that I had done so and that I had been told to ask at reception upon arrival. The new response: no, it wasn't possible, without even checking the availability of the rooms in question. This is the second time this has happened (the first time was in December). Oh well, next time I'll go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and understanding.

13/02/2026: A very pleasant and affordable hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and the cleanliness was much appreciated. Good value for money.

13/03/2026: The place to be in Reynès! You really won't find better around here. The meat is amazing, the bread and charcuterie are just as good—in short, everything is homemade with love and quality ingredients. I'm very picky about snacks and I never eat meat in restaurants except at El Millor (which lives up to its name 😉)! I highly recommend it!

22/07/2026: I came in today to buy a takeaway pizza. During the conversation, I was asked where I was from, and I replied that I was Argentinian. From that moment on, the attitude of the people who greeted me completely changed. I was told that "Argentinians weren't welcome here," that "Argentinians were crazy and racist," and that "everyone in France hated us." I was very surprised and disappointed to be judged solely because of my nationality. I was with two colleagues on this visit, who also witnessed the scene. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but no customer should be treated this way because of their origins.

20/07/2026: A must-try!! We had the four-cheese pizza; the dough was excellent, with a brioche-like crust. Generously topped with cheese. The addition of Camembert was a brilliant idea!! Very good, and the two owners were super friendly! As soon as I'm in the area, I'll be back!!

23/07/2026: Lovely little bar. Good location in old part of the city centre, beautiful alleyway with the historic castle at the end of it. Very traditional feel. Would definitely recommend as a refreshment break when sightseeing. Staff were really friendly

25/02/2026: There were six of us, and we were lucky to have booked the day before. The welcome and service were impeccable, and all the dishes were excellent (the porcini mushroom sauce was amazing!). A lovely mountain atmosphere; hikers cross paths with or join skiers, and it's accessible even to beginners. Don't change a thing! And don't give in to the trend of deafening music! You'll always have delighted customers!

18/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience today. Upon arrival, our table wasn't ready, and we waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, let alone brought us the menu. There was barely a greeting; the welcome was cold and unfriendly. The appetizer arrived without cutlery or glasses. We waited another 15 minutes before we could start eating. Just 5 minutes later, the main course was served, even though we hadn't finished our appetizer. As a result, the main course had time to get cold. We asked for sauces for the fries and a carafe of water. After waiting 10 minutes without seeing anything arrive, we had to get up and go to the reception desk to ask for them, also requesting salt and pepper. We waited another 10 minutes. The sauces and water finally arrived, but we never received the salt or pepper. In addition to the very disappointing service, the fries were hard and unappetizing. The waitresses were also very unpleasant, giving the impression that we were bothering them with every request. Unfortunately, this isn't our first visit, and every time there's a problem. Between the lack of organization, the endless wait, the unprofessional service, and the subpar food, the experience is truly disappointing. It's a shame, because we've given this establishment several chances, but this time was the last.

09/02/2026: Dinner on Saturday evening, a very warm welcome, a lovely menu, simple yet refined cuisine, reminiscent of a Parisian brasserie. I highly recommend this place. You feel right at home.

23/07/2026: I find that for the price charged, the portions are quite small. The setting is very pleasant. I used to come often. I think the previous owners had much more generous set menus and daily specials. Disappointed by the meal! I wasn't expecting much.

21/07/2026: Great garden setting. Arrived for a late lunch with my wife on time for our reservation. Afternoon was pretty but on the chilly side. We asked to be seated in the sun. Although there were more than a dozen available tables, server explained to us that there weren't any available 2 tops in the sun, as they were all 4 tops. We were a little surprised that they might still be expecting that many tables at 1:30pm. We were seated at a 2 top in the shade - I ended going to grab jackets in the car. It was no surprise that none of these available 4 tops were seated after we arrived. Our server quickly took our order. It took a good 20 minutes for our appetizers to be served. Main courses were quicker. Although portions were generous, food was adequate but nothing sublime. At 2:30pm sharp our waitress came to our table to let us know that the restaurant was closing and invited us to go take care of our bill at the bar. Not a memorable experience, that could have been improved by simple gracious service. Would not return.
