06/10/2026: A very nice terrace, pleasant and adding a lot of charm to the place. However, the cleanliness unfortunately leaves much to be desired and deserves serious attention. What a shame, because the place has so much potential!

03/08/2026: It says "open continuously from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm"... I drove 5 km to get there at noon on Monday, August 3rd, and three of us found the gate closed, with no explanation. Go to Fresh next door, it's always open!

25/06/2026: Excellent pastries, with a wide selection. Thanks to Laurent, a very good pastry chef, and his team. There's also a great variety of bread and sandwiches. The staff are gracious and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

18/10/2026: We've been going to Fredelian's for 25 years and were just treated by a waiter in an intolerable manner! Seven of us arrived, including three children, and we'd barely sat down when we were told we couldn't have any waffles. We decided to order French toast, a Belgian hot chocolate, ice cream, and an Irish coffee. The waiter came back to tell us there was no more French toast, a bit of a disappointment after the fact that there were no waffles at all... The waiter apologized, and my husband told him it was a shame for the first day of our vacation and a marathon day, but we know it's not your fault! Then, we were told there was no more whipped cream, so no possibility of ordering the Belgian hot chocolate or the Irish coffee. The waiter told us we could just have a milk chocolate, it's the same thing without whipped cream, to which my sister replied that, well, the whipped cream was the little treat. So she went to get an orange juice, and then the waiter put down the cutlery, casually tossing it around. "Life is tough." My brother-in-law asked him if he was talking to us, and he replied that he was, and that we were being very unpleasant, that we'd been sulking ever since we sat down! Even though not everything we ordered was there, we were respectful to him! We were just a little disappointed, actually! After these lovely words and faced with the waiter's aggressive attitude, we decided to leave. The waiter continued to insult us, saying, "So, put on a show for yourselves," and that it wasn't nice in front of the children! All while throwing the little one's cuddly toy on the floor! How shameful! It gives a lovely impression of this institution…

06/05/2026: Excellent restaurant 🤤. No need to order a starter given the size of the main courses 🤭. We only went to the restaurant, so I won't rate the hotel.

27/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, very welcoming, the dishes are beautifully presented and delicious 😋 The staff are always available and friendly, absolutely fantastic ❤️ And what can I say about the setting? It's right in the middle of the forest, and it's breathtaking when you arrive 🤩 Thank you to the manager who gave us a tour of all the restaurant's rooms. You can be sure we'll be back ❤️

27/09/2026: If you want to eat at 1 p.m., arrive at 9 a.m.! The wait was incredibly long, and the waiter with glasses was downright unpleasant. If you bother him, you don't need to say anything: you can tell! Luckily, the setting is beautiful: we had time to identify all the different varieties of trees in the surrounding area.

14/09/2026: We didn't even have time to try the food; the disastrous welcome was enough to make us turn around and leave.
