09/07/2026: We were strolling around... We saw the daily special: mussels, fries, dessert... The restaurant was full, but the staff found us a table from inside, moved it outside, and voilà, the experience was perfect. Excellent mussels in generous portions. A generous dessert and a very reasonable price. Truly, an excellent place!

24/05/2026: A very pleasant visit to the restaurant last night, Saturday, May 24th. A very professional and friendly team – a welcome change in a McDonald's! The order was served quickly and piping hot at the table, in a very clean dining area! I will definitely be back! 😁

22/05/2026: No issues with the food, everything was going very well. I would have given it a 5/5, until I went to the parking lot and saw a manager, in a t-shirt, talking rudely to one of his employees while changing the advertising posters. It was unbelievable. 22/07/2026: Don't buy the steamed meal for €10.80, it's a rip-off: the steamed items cost €0.95 each, and the noodles are €1.80 per 100 grams.

13/07/2026: Good evening, I'm not used to writing bad reviews, but I must share this experience. The burgers have lost their appeal. The bun (which seems to be "homemade" by the baker) is too big for the filling, giving the impression of an empty burger. It wasn't bad in taste, but it was thin and unappetizing. The main negative point concerns the "Kebab": a barely toasted flatbread with an excessive sauce that completely overpowered any flavor. The meat was the same; I couldn't eat it—it was the worst part. It's a shame because the service is friendly and the snacks were good when they first started, but now neither the taste nor the quality is there.

24/11/2025: Excellent restaurant! We had a mixed fish platter and scallop carpaccio on Saturday evening, and everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly, the welcome was very warm, and they even offered us a small digestif. Thank you, and we'll be back soon.

07/07/2026: We happened to stop by for a snack this afternoon. It was very hot in the shop, and I think the display cases aren't keeping up with the heatwave because the food we bought was clearly not fresh. The quiches we ate were barely lukewarm... as a result, we're sick tonight (I should mention that we didn't eat anything else all day). It's a shame because the food tasted better.

03/07/2026: Delicious! I came for breakfast; the pain au chocolat was very light and the chouquettes were very soft. Eating there was very pleasant. Everything is homemade and high quality.

22/07/2026: We had lunch as a family. We used to eat at our neighbor's, but were disappointed, so we came here and weren't disappointed either. It's certainly a bit more expensive, but it's worth it; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. The staff was excellent, there wasn't much of a wait, and we were able to store all our luggage at the back of the restaurant, with the manager's permission. I thank her again and highly recommend this restaurant.

20/07/2026: Slow service. We ordered four meals, everything was fine until the desserts: we ordered three coffee milkshakes and one vanilla, but we ended up with three vanilla and one strawberry. We used the drive-thru, so we weren't going to make the trip back. This isn't the first time there have been mistakes. We check every time, but having to taste the desserts becomes a problem, especially since they're all white, making it impossible to tell what they taste like.

19/07/2026: A disaster! McDonald's has already become pure garbage, but when you have a kid nagging you to eat there... you have no choice... Anyway, the service was awful, everything was filthy for a Sunday evening, the ashtray was full of food, so where am I supposed to put my cigarette butt? I went in, sat down at a table, used McDonald's+ to order, and thanks to the daily special, I got a free McFlurry. Perfect, I placed my order. The person (a grumpy young man) at the counter told me I wouldn't get my ice cream because their machine was broken... fine! I came all the way here to take advantage of this offer. Oh well, I asked to substitute it with any dessert, and he told me NO, impossible! We don't do that here... false advertising, and then McDonald's complains about Burger King ads that are making fun of them? I'd be the first to spread the word against McDonald's, especially the one in Loches. And then this kind of kid gets a contract at McDonald's, thinking he's superior to the customers, while other poor kids looking for work don't even stand a chance... At 37, I'm obviously not talking about myself, but about a general situation. This opinion is certainly justified in giving a reprimand, because if you want me to raise my hand and say, "I swear..." I swear to you that everything is exactly as described. Loches... surely the most beautiful city in the world, and on top of that, this experience... thanks Waze for sending me here... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

28/06/2026: We usually ordered from that establishment through their website due to our language difficulties. We speak a few languages, but we're still learning French. We had vouchers from a company worth 35 euros, which stated that Luz Pizza was one of the stores that accepted them. We also had Edenred cards worth 110 euros, which were supposedly accepted at that location. So, on Sunday afternoon, June 28, 2026, around 7 pm, we decided to go to the establishment in person to see if we could place an order as usual, with a value between 70 and 90 euros, paying with those cards (just in case, of course, as civilized people who don't want to take advantage of anyone, we brought our money, both regular cards and cash). But when we arrived and tried to politely ask if they accepted them, a man, half-hidden from the side of the balcony, rudely told me they didn't accept them, that he was the owner, and that was that. Then a girl came out from the kitchen as well. He looked sour and said they didn't accept coupons, but they did accept the Endered card. The man said he'd take the order, but he didn't think we could pay by card. He said all this in an argumentative tone, and all I could do was restrain myself and politely respond so as not to ruin the afternoon for me or our children who were waiting for the pizzas. Since he wouldn't help us pay by card, we told him we'd pay with a regular card, and that's what we did. After we paid, the man suddenly became human; he even offered our dog water. I asked if it would take about 20 minutes, and he said yes. We waited that long, politely collected our order, and that was it! Obviously, we said goodbye politely, but clearly, we'll never pay again only to be treated worse than dogs. I think customers deserve a minimum of courtesy. Terrible.

31/05/2026: We ordered through Uber Eats. The pizzas were very good, however, we were unhappy with the desserts. We ordered a Speculoos tiramisu and a Coffee tiramisu, but instead we received a red fruit tiramisu and a lemon tiramisu. It's disappointing not to have received the items we ordered.

09/06/2026: Delicious ice cream 🍨 During the holiday season, you should expect a bit of a wait.

08/06/2026: Very disappointed: I've been coming here for a long time, but this was the last time. While the portions are generous (and the price reflects that), the ice cream has lost its flavor. We ordered hazelnut, pistachio, and licorice yogurt. Only the hazelnut was decent; even the yogurt was far too sweet and tasteless—unbelievable!

23/07/2026: In the heart of Duclair, a restaurant we absolutely love! 🤩 Traditional cuisine, using only fresh, homemade ingredients. The cooking is perfectly executed, and the prices are incredible considering the quality of the food. The service is equally excellent. I highly recommend this fantastic place!

31/05/2026: We just had lunch here today for our little niece's communion and everything was perfect. A very good meal and excellent service. Highly recommended.
