27/07/2026: All-you-can-eat cold buffet with a generous selection for €16.90 Buffet + Main Course or Main Course + Dessert for €18.90 Simple, hearty, and well-prepared dishes. A good, no-fuss meal at reasonable prices. I really enjoyed it.

24/07/2026: A completely lost and incompetent waitress. We had to ask her to come after a 25-minute wait because we realized that orders from customers who arrived after us were being taken. The food finally arrived. The fries I ordered with my carpaccio were missing. I asked her, and she replied, "Oh, I forgot, I'll be right back." I'm still waiting for them. As for the carpaccio, it was poorly seasoned: a few slices with a drizzle of sunflower oil and three lettuce leaves. In short, I'm hungry.

03/08/2026: We were looking forward to stopping at this restaurant during a bike ride. We simply asked for a table for three, without a reservation. The welcome was cold, the tone haughty, and we were nonchalantly informed that it was impossible because "it's Monday" and the restaurant would be fully booked for the next two weeks. The most surprising thing happened a few moments later: a group of four English tourists also arrived without a reservation and were immediately taken care of by the same gentleman, who quickly found a solution for them. It's hard not to feel that some customers are treated better than others. If you don't want to welcome people without reservations, at least apply the same rule to everyone and treat your customers with a minimum of respect. In the end, this bad experience led us to discover another restaurant, where the welcome was warm and professional. Thank you for that.

01/06/2026: A huge thank you for this wonderful experience! We came about a month ago for my girlfriend's birthday, and we were absolutely delighted with the welcome and service. I had simply requested a small romantic upgrade for our room, without expecting anything in particular… and what a wonderful surprise it was when we arrived! The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals everywhere, lovely decorations on the towels, macarons, fruit juices, lots of little touches, and a personalized welcome note. All of this was offered free of charge, which touched us deeply. A huge thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and all the thoughtful touches that made this moment even more special and unforgettable. The welcome was perfect, and everyone there was lovely. We will definitely be back!

03/05/2026: My review of this accommodation is based solely on the location and the room, as we neither ate at the restaurant nor had breakfast. The place itself is beautiful and exudes serenity. We returned from our evening out shortly after midnight (we had checked in beforehand), and we couldn't get in. We called reception, but it was closed, and the 24/7 emergency number didn't work either. Finally, we were able to enter the building through the back; the sliding doors worked without a card or code. The room is spacious, quite well laid out, and very clean, but the bed creaked loudly, and there was a very strong (almost nauseating) smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the morning. What a shame…

27/09/2026: ​I arrived today for lunch. I was waiting by the counter (since nobody said a word to me) until a staff member asked me to take a seat. I sat down at a table I liked, but then another staff member made me move to a different one, where they didn't even give me a placemat, only cutlery. He took my order (a dish, water, and a glass of wine) and brought out the water. After that, they kept me waiting for 40 minutes. I received neither the wine nor the food, even though people who arrived 20 minutes after me were already eating, and one person was already on their second glass of wine. The waiters were staring at me occasionally, but still said nothing, so I left—French exit style. If you're looking for reliable service, I definitely don't recommend this place.

11/10/2026: Always excellent. Perfect service. Excellent, well-cooked meal with beautifully presented flavors, superb bread, sublime Bergerac wine, always a friendly welcome, and an affordable lunch menu. Highly recommended.

20/09/2026: Excellent family time. We appreciated the originality of the dishes, the flavors, in short, a lot of creativity and a very pleasant atmosphere.

05/10/2026: Far too expensive, but a good selection of teas. Unfortunately, the teapots are extremely overpriced. Even so, I spent over €350, but I wish they had been more generous with their selection. A wider variety of teapots would be good, and then perhaps not so outrageously overpriced.

17/09/2026: It seems the chef doesn't know what "Tonkotsu" means. He probably hasn't even tried it. This is Sari Gomtang noodles boiled with mushrooms. The noodles are instant ramen noodles, too.
