25/02/2026: This is a micro-restaurant but worth seeking out. They offered a lunch combination plate, but I wanted a traditional Indonesian stir-fry noodle dish with chicken. It was exactly what I needed after eating so much French food and pastry. A real antidote. The service was very friendly and helpful. As I ate my lunch, the place became very busy. Obviously local people love the food here.

03/07/2026: Terrace service, 2 covers Only one choice of draft beer. 2 set menus (main course + dessert) Both main courses were plated and poorly prepared. Main course 1: Fish in a butter sauce, overcooked and boiled, served with plain rice. Side salad: Torn, inedible leaves, a small piece of tomato without dressing. Main course 2: Salad with torn leaves. Bacon pieces were heated in large quantities but lacked flavor. We skipped dessert for fear of what was to come. Positive points: The beer wasn't bad and the sparkling water was refreshing.

12/07/2026: Five stars are far from enough; this restaurant deserves at least ten. Having recently discovered it, I always enjoy coming here. The staff is very pleasant and kind. The atmosphere is calm and very pleasant, allowing you to enjoy an excellent meal in complete tranquility. As for the food, it's simply a true delight for the palate. The dishes are always generously portioned, a treat for the taste buds. The sushi and maki are absolutely perfect, delightful, and flavorful. The cuisine is enhanced by an extremely refined presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to discover sophisticated Japanese cuisine.

05/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. We stopped for a drink and a light snack (two drinks and a tapas dish... table occupied for 20 minutes). We asked for the bill, and then... the waiter, speaking very loudly, accused us of not having consumed enough, using very informal language. The other customers were shocked by his behavior, as were we. It's no wonder that French tourists are increasingly turning their backs on the French Riviera in favor of other countries, particularly Morocco, where the welcome and service are impeccable.

12/07/2026: A nightmare. I felt even less safe than on the subway at night. Packed with predators (men and women), my boyfriend almost had his crotch licked by a stranger, and I was held down and rubbed by another stranger. No one seemed to care. It's the perfect place if you're looking for someone to share the night with, and that's it. Nowhere to sit, even more crowded than the RER during rush hour, and no ventilation. Thank goodness the water is free. I don't understand how such poor organization is tolerated. Tech/electronic music parties are supposed to be safe, but apparently not when they're commercial.

20/06/2026: Tasty food. Overall, good value for money. But I wish there were more varieties available for the food options.

10/06/2026: Asian buffet with some pleasant surprises (stir-fried noodles, shrimp, etc.). Excellent value for money.

16/05/2026: It's perfect for a relaxed atmosphere with friends. There's a good selection of beers. 👌🏾 As for the food, I think the chef was on vacation because the fish and chips looked more like breaded fish.

14/03/2026: Excelent service and food! Very nice and atteintive waiters: Damian, Charles and especially Hugo that made some jokes with us about the IPA beer 🤭. So Hugo, let's keep in mind that Indian Pale Ale 🤗. Don't miss the Fox Den or la Taniere de Renard. Merci encore une fois!

21/06/2026: I am extremely disappointed. We ordered through Uber Eats and everything was stale and inedible. A €70 order and we didn't get a single bite. I will never order from them again.

19/07/2026: Strongly not recommended. A crepe smothered in Nutella and caramel, making a simple crepe inedible. According to the waitress, this was perfectly normal.

10/07/2026: A quick stop at Crêpe et Compagnie for a sweet treat, and it's a big yes. Fast service, quality product.

24/06/2026: The pizzas were very good, and the staff was welcoming. The only problem was that it was too hot in the shop to eat in. Worth checking out.

15/06/2026: I'm updating my review following a significant and seemingly lasting improvement. As an occasional customer, I must admit that all my recent orders have gone perfectly smoothly.

25/07/2026: A very bad experience at Oita Sushi in Calais. We ordered the "Menu d'Amour" takeaway for €48.90. Upon returning to our apartment and after starting our dinner, we realized that the 8 skewers (2 chicken, 2 chicken meatballs, 2 beef with cheese, and 2 salmon), which were included in the menu, were missing. We didn't call the restaurant back and we didn't return, as we had already started eating and it was too late to go back. Forgetting a side dish is one thing, but forgetting all 8 skewers is an unacceptable mistake. We paid the full price for an incomplete meal. Check your order carefully before leaving the restaurant. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

09/06/2026: EDIT: While still delicious, the sushi is getting smaller and smaller... The salad and soup are also very small, so don't come hungry. And I'm disappointed that despite coming often, there's never a little something extra or a small gift for loyalty. The sushi is delicious, and the service is impeccable. I often get takeout.
