10/03/2026: The hotel is pet-friendly, which is why we chose it as our base, and it's not far from La Rochelle. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Their new "concept" is frankly a major drawback. No complimentary tray, no toilet brush in the restrooms 💩. Housekeeping is only available upon request.

03/10/2026: I went to the churrasco on Friday night and it was delicious. The price is incredibly low, and the drinks are the same. I recommend La Nosa Casa Galicia 100%.

17/10/2026: Stopped by BO&MIE Turbigo for a coffee and a cinnamon babka. Both were fresh and good, and I enjoyed them. The place is mostly self-service, with orders placed through a kiosk, which makes the experience feel a bit impersonal. The atmosphere is okay, though it has somewhat of a big-chain feel rather than the charm of a local bakery. Overall, a decent experience, with good products but nothing particularly special beyond that.

24/09/2026: Visiting Cassis as a family this summer, we had trouble choosing a restaurant, as the prices at some were way out of our budget. Le Mistral seemed like a good compromise... We ate well, and the waiters and waitresses were very pleasant. There were five of us, and one of the dishes was forgotten, so our daughter got hers when the four of us had almost finished. The manager immediately offered to pay for our soft drinks, which I thought was very kind and professional. Even so, I wasn't expecting the bill when it came time to pay, especially without the four soft drinks. For five of us (3 burgers, 2 pizzas, 4 desserts, and a beer), it came to €165... That's an average of €33 per person without drinks for a typical restaurant... (for example, the bacon burger, you can see the 2020 price on their Facebook page; it was €16.90 then, it's now €22.90). You're definitely paying for eating on the Port of Cassis... But I really want to emphasize how friendly the team is!

12/10/2026: We arrived at 8:25 PM for our 8:30 PM reservation, and it took 45 minutes just to receive our first amuse-bouche at 9:15 PM. Unfortunately, it set a terrible tone for the night: a thin, flavorless broth that tasted exactly like water that vegetables had been blanched in. The service remained agonizingly slow throughout the entire evening, dragging the meal out until 11:30 PM. The menu itself was mostly vegetarian, with the only protein being a small piece of fish served with a bizarre blood sauce. To make matters worse, the natural wine pairings were borderline offensive. They were so poorly matched that I actually had to ask the staff what they could possibly have been thinking when they curated the menu. Two dinners and two wine pairings set us back nearly 500 euros. For detached, glacial service and genuinely horrible wine, this was about 480 euros too expensive. This restaurant is completely overhyped and a massive disappointment.

09/10/2026: Unfortunately. our experience of their 7-course dinner with wine pairing was rather underwhelming. Of the 7 dishes we can honestly say we only really enjoyed one of them (the mushroom dish). They were otherwise rather bland or uninteresting. Portion sizes were small and with essentially no protein so we probably would have left hungry if we hadn't had a late lunch. We did enjoy all the wines, and the service from the sommelier / server who presented most of the wines was good. Otherwise, the service was rather stiff. The staff seemed stressed, and the restaurant was far too warm. By far our least enjoyable meal during our time in Paris, and considerably more expensive. Would suggest spending your money elsewhere - it does not live up to the hype of "top 50 in the world".

04/06/2026: A very bad experience. The meat was truly awful, with an unpleasant taste that prevented me from finishing my meal. As for the staff, they were not at all welcoming and gave the impression that the customers were bothering them. Between the poor quality of the food and the lack of friendliness from the service, I do not recommend this establishment. If I could give it zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

13/09/2026: Always a warm welcome, the team prepares meals very quickly and carefully. The tacos are generously filled and there's a wide selection of meats. Much better than the big taco chains. Fast, high-quality, and helpful!

06/09/2026: We just ate with friends, and we ordered fries, which I prefer hot, like most people. The cheddar and bacon were still frozen. I asked them to heat them up, which they did, but... they gave me even colder fries. I complained to one of their servers, who brought over their manager, who was neither friendly nor polite. I think they should really review how they serve customers, and especially how they speak to them. I wasn't expecting top-notch service, but still... typical McDonald's. In conclusion: The melted cheese, because as indicated on the kiosks (option "melted cheddar with bacon"), seems to think it's normal to have melted cheese, but cold... They insisted that the cheese was melted. So I didn't eat the cold fries with frozen bacon and cold cheese.

25/08/2026: It's a shame I didn't discover this place sooner. I ordered a three-meat taco, which cost €9—that's a steal! It was loaded with filling, the meat was tender, the sauces were perfectly balanced, and the side of fries was generous. The service was quick and the waiter very friendly. Perfect for young people, I highly recommend it. One of the best value tacos I've ever had, thanks chef! 🫡

14/09/2026: The waiter was very welcoming, even though the service was rather disorganized, with three servers seemingly tripping over each other. However, I was very disappointed with the vegetarian pizza: the zucchini, eggplant, and peppers were clearly frozen and waterlogged. The prosciutto on the second pizza was industrially produced and not very good. An experience I won't be repeating. As the woman before me said, "a tourist trap."

02/07/2026: A stylish and comfortable hotel with an excellent restaurant and an atmospheric bar. Easy paid parking out front, which isn't too expensive and is free between 1900 and 0700. It's also close to the railway station. The menu and wine list were superb and very good value given the quality of both. Service was friendly and professional at all times. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but that is optional.

19/10/2026: The cashier was very unpleasant, she didn't even give you time to answer. Avoid this tobacco shop!

04/10/2026: Perfect place to unwind after work. The owners are kind, welcoming, and respectful, and they do everything they can to ensure you have a drink with friends in the best possible conditions. It has a village atmosphere in a big city. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys going to a bistro.
