20/07/2026: Craving couscous this Saturday evening, and with few options, we decided to go to this restaurant. The temperature inside was already close to 35 degrees Celsius, and the atmosphere was one of decay. We ordered two couscous dishes, and frankly, it was a disaster. Too salty, watery sauce, dry and tasteless couscous. The worst part was the precooked meat: reheated chicken and merguez sausages that were inedible, so bad. We cut our visit short as quickly as possible and headed to the bar to pay. That's when a nauseating stench wafted from behind us—a mix of rot and decaying flesh. It was horrifying. Never again! I strongly advise against this dilapidated place.

27/05/2026: I've been ordering from this establishment for several years now and I'm always delighted. The service is welcoming, the team is fantastic, and I highly recommend it. We've tried several of their tacos, burgers, etc., which are on the menu and always delicious... well done!

20/09/2026: Good restaurant that can accommodate large groups. It's mostly frequented by Asian customers. Large seafood platter, meat available, etc. It's quite noisy though. The food is decent.

13/08/2026: The food was alright, but I have to criticize the service – it was absolutely terrible. I've never seen such poor service in a restaurant. The owner had a black face the whole time, and their attitude towards their regular customers was completely different; you could clearly see it. They greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked in, making us feel extremely discriminated against. I will never go to such a restaurant again. A truly awful dining experience! 🙁

20/10/2026: I eat at Les 3 Brasseurs quite often and I always order the XL ham hock with a good beer. But when I ordered, surprise! The ham hock was served without any sauce, just like before; it was simply bland. I find this unacceptable; it's profit that comes first again. I would have preferred an option with sauce, even if it cost extra. In any case, after coming to Les 3 Brasseurs for the past few years, I think I won't be going back as often.

19/09/2026: I came in for my coffee and a pain aux raisins I'd bought across the street. The owner told me, "I sell pastries, please don't eat yours here." I replied, "Madam, you sell croissants and pain au chocolat. If you sold pain aux raisins, I would have bought it here." So I couldn't eat my pain aux raisins at the counter... The worst service I've ever received in a shop in Vernon.

14/09/2026: ⭐ 1/5 A very bad experience at this brasserie. We really miss the previous owner; the atmosphere is completely different now. Several things particularly disappointed us. The owner, when he's been drinking, is far too familiar and pushy with the female customers, which can be frankly awkward. Regarding the food, we ordered a rare ribeye steak and received something that looked more like raw lamb. So we asked for a different dish. We were told that we wouldn't be charged for the first course when the bill arrived because it wasn't what we had ordered. And even the replacement dish still didn't come with the sauce we had requested. We paid for both! Even the one we didn't eat. Another very surprising point: the price of a simple drink seems to vary depending on who you're serving. We also noticed that the owner sometimes didn't charge for certain drinks after just a smile. It's difficult to understand the logic behind the pricing, and especially to know what the actual price is. Finally, the owner's manner of speaking to customers was very haughty and unpleasant. In short, a very disappointing experience. For us, this brasserie has clearly lost its former charm. We really miss the old owner in Vernon.

15/09/2026: In a group of eight, we were having a quick drink. When we ordered "water," the waiter came back with Vittel, priced at €5.50. I was stunned by the prices! €9 for a Coke... Worse than Monaco. The restaurant is poorly organized, outdated, and poorly cleaned. It's badly run, and they yell at you that they only serve Vittel water. So, logically, when you ask for water, you don't expect a €5.50 bottle... well, it's the last place you'd want to go.

31/08/2026: I discovered this restaurant two years ago and have been going back every time I'm in Méribel ever since. The fondue is delicious, and the service is perfect, provided by very friendly waitresses.

03/10/2026: Passing through Saumur for a stopover, we stumbled upon this restaurant which, at first glance, really appealed to us. Unfortunately, it's much more beautiful on the outside than convincing on the plate… We were warmly welcomed by the owner, I suppose, but as for the waitresses, that's another story. I've never seen so many grimaces and judgmental looks during an entire shift. Not a smile, an unpleasant attitude, and a constant feeling of being a nuisance. I ordered a burger cooked rare. My request was taken and confirmed without any problem. When my burger arrived, the patty was medium-rare. So I called the waitress over to simply point out the problem. She took my plate and went back to the kitchen, sighing. A few moments later, the other waitress came back to me, hands raised in the air, asking, "What's wrong with the burger?" I explained to her that I had asked for it rare and that the steak was medium-rare. She then told me that they don't cook rare. In that case, why did I accept and confirm that it was cooked when I ordered? I work in a kitchen myself, and given the product served, I completely understood why rare wasn't offered: the steak was frozen. And unfortunately, that was also evident in the food. The burger had practically no flavor. With the return to the kitchen, my friends had time to finish their plates completely, and I finally ate about 15 minutes after them. And it still wasn't over: about 10 minutes after I got my plate back, a waitress came back with a "Are you finished?" and took my plate away even though I hadn't finished eating. In short, a very nice-looking restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience ends there. Between the waitresses' unpleasant attitude, the sighing, the stares, the handling of the cooking issue, and clearing someone's table before they'd even finished their meal, we had a terrible experience. We were simply passing through Saumur and wanted to enjoy a pleasant stop on our journey. We left extremely disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

26/09/2026: A very nice restaurant in the center of Saumur. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable. The staff and the owner are attentive to customers and their needs. I highly recommend this place.

02/10/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a sandwich meal at lunchtime and, unfortunately, the quality is clearly no longer what it used to be. What particularly bothered me was the lack of hygiene I observed: the sandwiches were prepared without any apparent handwashing, while the staff used their phones, went outside, and then continued preparing the sandwiches. It's really unsettling when it comes to food. I don't know if the staff changes regularly, but I found the service very disappointing compared to what I'd experienced before. And unfortunately, I didn't feel well all evening—I'll spare you the details—right after eating, everything came out and I felt awful! It's a shame, because I used to like this place.

20/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! We arrived at 11:45 am and were asked to come back in ten minutes because the kitchen wasn't ready (even though the opening hours were clearly displayed online and outside: 11:30 am). No problem, the weather was lovely, so we took a stroll around the neighborhood while we waited. We gave them 15 minutes just to be safe and returned at noon. When we came back, we were told to come back another 15 minutes later, without any apology or even a greeting. This behavior was truly unprofessional. We would have preferred they simply announced right away that nothing would be ready for another 30 minutes, which would have saved us from waiting around for nothing. In a response to another Google review, the owner retorted to a complaining customer that the restaurant has never opened late past noon. This is simply not true: we experienced this firsthand, and delays seem to be the norm at this establishment.

15/08/2026: The food was very good, but the atmosphere was disappointing—the music was on repeat and didn't sound like anything. The karaoke nights were much more enjoyable and festive.
