18/07/2026: Missing items in our order: No spoon or peanuts for the ice cream, no toy in the Happy Meal ("we're out of them," we asked for a small refund for the toy and understood that it was a major inconvenience...), and they gave us a drinkable yogurt instead of the apples without telling us, and again, "we're out of apples"... Never go there on Friday nights, THERE'S NOTHING!! We'll go somewhere else, we're done with this McDonald's...

17/07/2026: We came as a family for dinner. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were cold when we arrived, but the staff replaced them quickly and professionally. The manager came to see us at the end of our meal to apologize and offer us dessert. Even though I wasn't really hungry anymore, I greatly appreciated this gesture and the attention paid to our satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome and prompt service!

29/05/2026: Visited for breakfast, was tasty but portions were very small. Had eggs with bacon, was a tiny amount of bacon and 3 small pieces of baguette. Had to visit a bakery afterwards.

10/07/2026: The pizzas are always excellent, no complaints about the quality. However, I was disappointed by the manager's attitude. A €2 error on an extra charge advertised as free can happen, but responding with "you paid, we'll see next time" isn't very customer-friendly. It's not the amount that's the problem, but the gesture. It's a shame, because it doesn't reflect the quality of the establishment.

25/07/2026: At Hortense's, everything is mediocre except for the view (which is the same in any restaurant on the Bassin d'Arcachon). Between the canteen-style tables, the greasy and decidedly unlocal cuisine (look at the origins...), the exorbitant bill considering the quality, and the service worthy of a Louis de Funès film, you'd be wise to go elsewhere.

This is a real lack of respect for your customers. If you decide to close earlier, at least update your hours so people don't make a wasted trip. Everyone has commitments and time to spare. 09/07/2026: First off, the lady at the drive-thru wasn't very friendly; we didn't have time to think about what we wanted, we felt like we were bothering her. And then, I ordered a creamy deluxe sauce for my fries to get two because they're hard to come by now, and I only got one. You have to check everything down to the sauce! It's crazy! Pierry, more and more disappointing.
