02/10/2026: I hadn't been back for about ten years, and I was surprised to see the new owners. It seems it's not just the owners who have changed. €16.50 for a dish that was barely 100g of sirloin steak, a handful of tagliatelle, and a tiny ramekin of beans. That's highway robbery! They even asked us for a 50cl bottle of Evian water, and they brought us a 1L bottle that had already been opened. I understand times are tough, but this is highway robbery.

29/09/2026: Friendly welcome, the wood-fired pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

08/10/2026: Exceptional atmosphere! A huge thank you to Sandra and her daughter Nina, as well as their wonderful waiter Sadio, for the perfect welcome. We loved the Caprese salad, the pasta was cooked to perfection, and the tiramisu was outstanding. A must-try Marseille eatery!

17/08/2026: I am absolutely outraged, I bought some crepes that were… moldy! By the time the children realized they weren't good, one of my daughters already had a stomach ache.

14/08/2026: The products are okay but above all the staff are unfriendly, very cold, I understand that the job is difficult and that the parade of tourists is incessant but in this case you might as well do another job.

19/10/2026: Very disappointed. It's a shame because the dining room is beautiful, the food was good but nothing special, and the price is excessive. The service was completely inadequate; the waiter was filthy, with stains all over his clothes. Frankly, you wonder what the food is like. Please, make an effort with your appearance; it's important in this profession.

28/09/2026: An exceptional experience! We held our wedding reception at the Saint Étienne, including a cocktail hour, dinner, an overnight stay in a room at the hotel, and brunch the following morning. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome and attentive service of the staff to the delicious food served throughout our stay, including the rooms. The dance hall was also made available to us, which was fantastic. Cocktail Hour: The appetizers were superb, the beer excellent (with kegs provided), and the kir and punch were greatly appreciated. The band was also very pleased with the welcome they received from the manager. Dinner: The foie gras was excellent, the meat tender as we like it, without any tough bits. The cheese platter was impressive, and the frozen walnut soufflé was a true delight! Vegetarians were also able to enjoy a generous portion. The Brunch: Absolutely fantastic! Our guests and we ourselves were delighted with the Saint Étienne! We highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any other event. A fantastic team and service that exceeded our expectations!

02/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! 😊 We had lunch on the terrace, in a peaceful and truly lovely setting. We received a warm welcome from very friendly staff. We went on a Friday and opted for the set lunch menu, with a choice of two starters and two main courses, and a dessert suggestion, with the option to order à la carte. The service was quick, and the dishes were delicious, offering excellent value for money. Everything is homemade, even the ice cream, which is a real plus. On Fridays, you can also order à la carte, which is a definite advantage. And after your meal, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Le Boël for a lovely walk. 🌿 I highly recommend this place! 👍

14/09/2026: I'm extremely disappointed with IKEA Vitrolles. I was shopping for a company and needed an invoice. I went to the checkout, and the cashier told me they no longer issue invoices; I had to go to the IKEA website to get one myself. After leaving the store, I tried to get the invoice, but I couldn't. So I went to the information desk for help. The young woman there helped, but after going through the whole online process, we realized it wasn't working. She asked me to follow her so we could try to get an invoice somewhere else. She tried it herself on another computer, but without success. I had to wait 45 minutes for an invoice, and in the end, I left without one. I find it absurd that you can't get an invoice directly at the checkout. I'm increasingly disappointed with IKEA. There's no longer a cashier to scan the receipts. Our articles, and now we don't even get invoices anymore. Is Ikea compliant with its invoicing regulations?

12/06/2026: The parking lot is large and spacious, but the lot needs minor renovations. Showers cost €2.50 in a special machine (card or cash). The downsides include a lack of lighting in most of the parking lot, and payment is by credit card or Telepass. Overall, a solid 7/10. It's better to park here than in the bushes without a toilet, running water, or a shower. Overall, I recommend it.

26/05/2026: Large parking lot. There is a good kercher car wash. But that's where it ends. For 38 hours of parking I paid 36€ (I don't for what). The restaurant didn't impress with its menu selection. Toilets and showers are old, everything is closed at night. everywhere smells of urine.

18/10/2026: Honestly, it's McDonald's, so I'm not going to talk about the food—you either like it or you don't, and I personally like it. I'm also not going to talk about the speed of the service, as usual, that's a matter of luck. HOWEVER, if you want a trip to Bizarre Land, don't hesitate to book your tickets as soon as possible at THIS McDonald's!

30/09/2026: A perfect stop on the road to your holiday destination! This motorway service area is a very pleasant surprise. The facilities are impeccably clean, from the restrooms to the food service areas. There's a wide selection of fresh produce, enough to eat properly without resorting to pre-packaged sandwiches. Special mention goes to the outdoor areas: shaded, very well maintained, and equipped with numerous picnic tables. It's the ideal place to stretch your legs, let the children play safely, and recharge your batteries (literally and figuratively, with many fast-charging stations available). A smooth, pleasant, and relaxing stop that transforms the obligatory break into a real moment of relaxation. I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: Le petit nice. May 2026 You are not allowed to bring a large car; the entrance to the parking lot is very narrow, too narrow. The hotel is outdated, but the rooms are nice. The reception was very friendly and everything was done to meet our wishes. The hotel is overpriced, though. 20 euros for a port and 26 euros for a glass of champagne. The breakfast was beautifully presented.

01/04/2026: The hotel is incredibly beautiful, the rooms ultra-comfortable, and the perpetual sea view invites tranquility. The staff is fantastic: receptionist, valet, housekeeper, sommelier, chef, waiters... all incredibly kind and professional. We also had the pleasure of dining at the gourmet restaurant, the Passedat menu, an extraordinary and timeless culinary experience. Bravo to Chef Gérald Passedat, he's a genius. A magical weekend. Thank you to the entire team.

22/04/2026: A refrigeration compressor is located directly above room 4, making a noise every 30 minutes. The welcome was cold and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There are better options… I regretfully advise against staying here because, despite the somewhat dated decor, there's potential.

10/02/2026: No welcome whatsoever, cold and tasteless. We went as a family to the bakery section for a break, drawn in by the decor. Once inside, it was awkward. We stood there waiting while the saleswoman and another woman in the back looked at us, but nothing. After 5 minutes, we decided to order. The coffee was very bitter and the pastries bland. My son asked for the restroom and clearly disturbed them. It wasn't very polite, especially since a regular customer came in and was greeted with a "hello" and a glance. Don't waste your time there!
