26/09/2026: A disaster. Food poisoning. Two out of four people were sick for a week. Shameful. The waitress didn't even know what to say when we asked if the fries were fresh. Avoid at all costs.

28/06/2026: I ordered a margarita and a Nutella/banana turnover. The pastry was very thin, tasteless, and cardboard-like because it was undercooked and burnt in places. The filling kept falling off the pastry. Very disappointed, I won't be back.

19/07/2026: Chef is exacting with ingredients and execution, yet incredibly warm with customers, even though we don't share a language. I recommend the club downstairs for private events and the terraces are lovely for dinner. This is a fairly expensive place but it's definitely worth it for the discerning. Everything from starters to cafe gourmand was at an extremely high level, without the pretense that usually accompanies such skill. Veal was a standout, kobe as well. Mushrooms were delicate and creamy yet light. The cafe I mentioned came with perfect berries and chocolate ganache, and the crepe Suzette was incredible, I don't want another dessert again. Chef infused it with such orange intensity I couldn't believe it. For the way I like to travel, this place is ideal.

03/10/2026: Just passing through, we chose this restaurant somewhat randomly. And boy, did we find it! Yes, the prices are a bit steep, but come on, you're in Cannes, not the Cantal region of France, you have to be reasonable at some point. However, we ate really well, the portions were generous, and it had been a long time since I'd had such a well-balanced beef tartare. Special mention to Tommy and Julien, the two waiters who, in addition to being incredibly kind, are also ultra-professional and truly efficient. We had a very pleasant time, thank you so much!

30/09/2026: A disappointing experience at La Biererie. A man who seemed to be the owner addressed both staff and customers in a very curt tone, sometimes sounding more like he was barking than speaking. This attitude created an unpleasant atmosphere, even though we had simply come to have a good time. I was also subjected to an unpleasant lecture about beer, only to end up receiving two wheat beers when I had ordered two triples… given the atmosphere… we drank our wheat beers! We used to enjoy stopping at this place when we were in Cannes, but we'll be going somewhere else! Fortunately, two young members of staff were lovely and did their best to make the service pleasant. Thank you to them and good luck: in this atmosphere, their task certainly didn't seem easy. It's a shame their kindness was overshadowed by the attitude of other people in the dining room.

10/05/2026: A very bad experience. Before buying what I wanted, I asked if they had any walnuts. The saleswoman told me they didn't, only hazelnuts, so I bought it anyway. However, after eating it, I had a severe allergic reaction which ruined my evening. Either the saleswoman doesn't know the products she's selling, or the bakery isn't following hygiene regulations regarding cross-contamination. In any case, I strongly advise against this establishment for people with allergies.

27/09/2026: We arrived unexpectedly, without a reservation, and since it was a bit too cold for my wife to sit on the terrace, the owner kindly gave us his table, even though they were all reserved 🙏. What a lovely gesture for a wedding anniversary! Thank you to all the staff for their kindness too 🤩🤩. As for our veal escalope à la normande, it was like something my grandmother would make—a generous portion, with a creamy mushroom sauce that was simply divine (well, I admit I love good food). It's best to make a reservation, as they'll be able to serve you better, if it's even possible to do better 🥰

12/10/2026: This is the first time I’ve come across a Café Frappé in France that is served without milk. The coffee wasn’t even strong, it was very weak and tasted as if it had been made with instant coffee. On top of that, I was given a dirty spoon (visible in the photo). I think €8 for a coffee of such poor quality is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend ordering coffee here, as the quality is simply disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
