30/06/2026: The customer service from the Japanese female staff member here is terrible. Sometimes you encounter Japanese people living in France who dislike other Japanese people living in France, and this staff member is one of them. As soon as we entered and she saw us, she disappeared into the back without even a greeting. She didn't come out for a while, and only reluctantly appeared when my friend called her. Then, for some reason, the female staff member asked us if we were tourists. We could tell that it was a malicious question, so we decided not to buy anything there anymore. This woman is there every time we come here. If you want to buy something from Sebastien Gaudard, I recommend going to a different store.

24/06/2026: I tested the vending machine, and a pizza came out very quickly. That explains it. This grumpy pizza ruined my day; I have nothing in my stomach but cardboard-like dough, smelly cheese, and bits of rat bacon. €12, I wouldn't have wanted it even at €5. I don't recommend it.

01/06/2026: Appalling… Sunday, May 31st at noon, Mother's Day. The restaurant was packed, but there was no menu, just a €40 set menu (starter, main course, dessert). Reservations only… Two-hour wait for a starter, an octopus salad served in a tiny container. The main course (fisherman's stew) arrived forty minutes later… No apologies from the waiters (they were like ghosts), ice cubes and bottled water requested twenty times… A terrible experience…

13/05/2026: What a disappointment! We used to love coming to Chateaubriand, but our last experience left a bitter taste… 95 euros for the tasting menu included gougères that were probably defrosted, overly salty fish, and an excessively bitter sorbet… out of 7 courses, only 2 were decent. The service was tired, and the atmosphere was clearly gone. It's so sad and especially infuriating to end up with such a hefty bill after such a bad meal.

05/06/2026: Truly very disappointing since the change of ownership; we're not the first to notice, the cashier told me. The food for a Mother's Day menu was only Novotel-level (minimalist presentation, edible mushrooms, a slice of foie gras with lots of waste... we left without dessert or coffee) for such an iconic Toulouse establishment. The prices are high for such poor food! Avoid this place... cross the street to the Pyrénéen; at least they're a reliable choice, they've managed to improve... perhaps the same will happen one day for the Novotel!

29/05/2026: The starter was original, however, the curried shrimp dish was al dente; I would have preferred it a little longer. The location was excellent, the terrace pleasant, and the staff smiling and friendly.

19/04/2026: Perfect after a day at Parc Astérix! We arrived on April 16th and had to leave on the 17th, so we visited Montmartre. We got a little hungry around 12:30 pm, and I wasn't disappointed at all. I 100% recommend it. It's right across from Montmartre, and it's truly fantastic!

16/04/2026: I find the cappuccino particularly good; it almost makes me feel like I'm in Italy, taste-wise. I'll have to go back and eat there next time I'm in Montmartre ✨

02/06/2026: On Sunday, May 31st, at 7:23 PM, I took a picture of my meal. I left the establishment around 8:30 PM, and the first symptoms appeared around 9:00 PM. I quickly experienced severe stomach pains and significant weakness. My girlfriend presented the same symptoms at the same time. We had an extremely difficult night. The next day, I consulted my doctor, who diagnosed food poisoning. To this day, the symptoms persist despite the prescribed treatment, and I still feel very tired. I will never set foot in this establishment again. In light of this experience, a health inspection seems entirely justified. Avoid at all costs!

05/04/2026: I'm only reviewing the hotel since we didn't use the restaurant. It's a very interesting place: a former 16th-century convent converted into a hotel. The decor is in a 19th-century style with curious details. A grand staircase with a red carpet leads up to the guest room floors. Our room, for five people, consisted of three separate areas and was spacious. It was very clean. It's a very quiet place where you sleep very well. We were able to park right in front of the hotel very easily. There's a market on Mondays, and parking is not allowed. The main square of the village, with restaurants and some shops, is just 50 meters from the hotel. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket with a wide variety of products. We got a good price for our family room, and the stay was very pleasant. Since we arrived during a holiday period, we didn't have any contact with the staff. Our keys were ready at the reception desk, and we were able to access the hotel with a code. It's a good option if you're traveling by car and want to visit the area and Carcassonne. The village of Limoux is quiet and pretty and has some interesting places and museums. We liked it.

19/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant. Despite being very busy, the waiter found us a table. The food was perfectly acceptable, and the service was prompt. The prices were reasonable.

17/05/2026: Starter + main course or main course + dessert, or all three. Three choices per course, generous portions, tasty and simple. Prices range from €12.50 to €16.50 depending on the set menu. Quick and easy access, Leclerc parking, shopping, petrol...

19/07/2026: I went there today thinking it was open because Google said it was open until 3 PM, but when I got there I noticed it was closed, even though I traveled a long way to get there. I'd like a taco as compensation.

05/07/2026: Great place to enjoy a delicious meal at a reasonable price! The person who served me was very pleasant and professional, even though they had a lot of orders and it was very hot. The capsalas were delicious and very generously filled! The snack bar was clean. The products were good quality, and even though I'm prone to foodborne illness when eating out, I've never gotten sick! I highly recommend it! Thank you so much, Atlas!

24/12/2025: We stayed for a Christmas market weekend. The hotel is very well located, barely a 10-minute walk from the center. There are a few parking spaces in the small streets surrounding the hotel. The room was small, but sufficient for one night. However, the bedding was very soft and the walls were thin. The breakfast room is tiny, but the buffet was well-stocked.

01/07/2026: A very rude and unpleasant woman at the reception desk refused to take the time to answer my questions over the phone regarding pre-rolled cigarettes. She became irritated from the start, before I even had a chance to explain my request, and then she hung up on me. When I called back, she told me, "This is a business, we don't have time, come in person." But of course, it was much more aggressive and showed a significant lack of respect and professionalism. It should even be illegal, I was so shocked by such an obnoxious person with such a ruthless and dangerous manner and extreme aggression. I remained respectful and expressed my shock, but this person showed no mercy in her words and actions. I absolutely do not recommend this tobacconist, which employs verbally abusive staff like this woman, who was probably stung by some nasty bug! P.S.: Honestly, if it had been someone else, they wouldn't have gotten away with it.

04/06/2026: A warm welcome and a smile from Aurélie, as always 👍🌹 A good selection of CBD products and a friendly atmosphere. Plus, there's parking in the courtyard. It's a shame you're closed on Saturdays since the other tobacconist in the center closed. Long live your business! 👌

19/07/2026: It's just not good; there are plenty of other crêperies in Paris that are really worth it, so there's no point in wasting your money here. Besides, I noticed that the owners are really disrespectful to their employees, which definitely creates a bad atmosphere in the crêperie. In short, I strongly advise against going there.

18/07/2026: The sweet crepes aren't good and are overpriced for what they are; otherwise, the service is fine, the staff are friendly, but if you're looking for a delicious meal, look elsewhere.

26/05/2026: A charming farmhouse in a stunning location with views of the Grand Ballon. A wonderful refuge from the scorching heat in the valley! Excellent, rustic Alsatian cuisine! It was delicious – we'll definitely be back!

17/05/2026: A true farm inn, the barn is right next door. The inn is located off the beaten tourist track. The traditional mountain meal was very good and very hearty. The rhubarb tart was excellent.
