15/03/2026: An absolutely incredible stay! A true gem. The staff are exceptionally kind: welcoming, warm, and always ready to chat and share their invaluable advice about the region, hikes, and activities. You immediately feel at home and truly pampered throughout your stay. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beds are pure bliss. After a great day of hiking, you sleep soundly and recover perfectly. And the restaurant… a true marvel! Delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. The portions are substantial, so come with a good appetite. A must-visit in the area. Be sure to ask for the local verbena digestif—a wonderful discovery! A huge thank you for this warm welcome and superb stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! The Breton :)

28/09/2026: What a view, and what a fantastic place! Anyone who loves simplicity will feel right at home here. Anyone who thinks they need a four-wheel drive to get here should work on their driving skills.

07/09/2026: Access is very, very difficult, but the owner warns us in advance, so it's up to you. On the other hand, once you arrive, the peace and quiet are wonderful, and the view is breathtaking and splendid. The owner wasn't very helpful with information about restrooms, water, meals, etc., but she was very friendly. The electricity is powered by solar panels, which is great! But only if it's sunny. The best part: the sheep that come to eat the grass around us. The worst part: the flies and mosquitoes, but well, it's that time of year, and we expected it...

01/07/2026: A very rude and unpleasant woman at the reception desk refused to take the time to answer my questions over the phone regarding pre-rolled cigarettes. She became irritated from the start, before I even had a chance to explain my request, and then she hung up on me. When I called back, she told me, "This is a business, we don't have time, come in person." But of course, it was much more aggressive and showed a significant lack of respect and professionalism. It should even be illegal, I was so shocked by such an obnoxious person with such a ruthless and dangerous manner and extreme aggression. I remained respectful and expressed my shock, but this person showed no mercy in her words and actions. I absolutely do not recommend this tobacconist, which employs verbally abusive staff like this woman, who was probably stung by some nasty bug! P.S.: Honestly, if it had been someone else, they wouldn't have gotten away with it.

04/06/2026: A warm welcome and a smile from Aurélie, as always 👍🌹 A good selection of CBD products and a friendly atmosphere. Plus, there's parking in the courtyard. It's a shame you're closed on Saturdays since the other tobacconist in the center closed. Long live your business! 👌

14/08/2026: As a long-time customer, I've never had a single complaint until January 4th. That day, I bought a classic frangipane galette des rois. When I went to cut it, I discovered it was actually a pistachio galette. There had clearly been a problem during production, as the exterior decoration didn't match that of other galettes of this type. We ate the galette anyway, except for the person who is intolerant to pistachio. I contacted the shop using the form on their website, politely pointing out their mistake (without asking for compensation...). I received no response, not a word of apology! Unbelievable! Clearly, this pastry chef couldn't care less about customer feedback and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. It's a shame; I used to enjoy their pastries and chocolates. If you go there, make sure you have the right product before leaving the shop!

19/09/2026: A café with an exceptional location, at the beginning of Rue G. Bonnac on the corner of Place Gambetta. It has a terrace on the sidewalk. That's where the customers linger. I had a Coke there, €6.50 I think, not cheap!

12/10/2026: I ordered to eat on my train. Excellent, super tasty and original! I love the mix of flavors inside; you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The salad was also very, very good. I'll definitely go back on my next trip.

12/10/2026: Even with two extra meats, it's still less substantial than a classic doner in Germany. It's terrible because it tastes good, but there's nothing in it.

02/09/2026: Disappointed… It's not our first time here, but this time it was just so-so… The fries were soggy, the salad was wilted, and don't even get me started on the profiteroles… completely frozen and tasteless.

02/09/2026: On the evening of September 2nd, a friend and I arrived at 7:10 PM and didn't leave until 8:40 PM! Let me explain. The initial welcome was nonchalant, no smiles, and a tired demeanor—they must have been sleeping in. We were asked to choose our own table because there were only four people there, which was fine, no complaints there. Once seated, everything was fine; the waitress was attentive and took our first order of drinks. That's when things started to go wrong! After finishing our drinks in 10 minutes, we waited over 10 minutes for our main course. I remind you that there were only 6 or 7 of us in the restaurant; I don't think you were that busy. The dish was very good, highly rated, 5 stars, no complaints, it's always a treat, but for goodness sake, put some smiles on your staff! Being served by someone with a sour face doesn't exactly make you want to be served! After finishing our meal, we asked for a second portion of fries (free of charge). After a 15-minute wait, we'd had enough, so we grabbed our things and left to pay. They don't even smile when it comes to paying or receiving money! We won't be back. We'll go to the one in Albi where the welcome and service are warm and friendly!

16/05/2026: Hotel perfectly located in the fortified town of Neuf-Brisach. Excellent and friendly welcome. Clean and well-maintained room. Simple and good restaurant, very friendly service. Generous breakfast. Very fond memories of visiting Neuf-Brisach and the nearby Black Forest.

21/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel and booked three rooms. Upon arrival, we were given a Classic room that was extremely small. As a couple, it was barely functional — there was almost no space to move, and the only storage was a very tiny safe. I literally didn’t know where to put our belongings. We politely requested a larger room and they eventually upgraded us, which was appreciated. However, what really surprised and disappointed us was the deposit policy. They took a deposit for the three rooms and told us it was for any spa services or restaurant orders. At check-out, they did not return the deposit immediately. Instead, the receptionist had to go and personally inspect all three rooms before releasing it. The rooms had absolutely nothing valuable — no mini-bar, no valuables, not even bathrobes worth worrying about. It felt as though the hotel treats its guests as potential thieves, which created a very uncomfortable and distrustful atmosphere. If you are a couple, I strongly advise against booking the regular Classic rooms as they are too small and impractical. Regarding the deposit process, it needs serious improvement. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast has a nice French touch with some distinctive items, though the variety was quite limited. The waitresses in the restaurant were very friendly, understanding, and attentive, which was a highlight. we would like to thank the hotel management for their understanding, quick responses, and assistance with any questions we had.

13/05/2026: A very nice hotel, perfectly located in the pedestrian zone of Aix. The rooms are high quality and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

25/09/2026: We went out to Aix and got a little hungry, so we thought we'd have a good pizza and that's where we stopped.

27/08/2026: They made me a royale with an enormous amount of mushrooms on top of the cheese to mask the lack of filling. And the mushrooms were all black and watery. Disgusting, a disgrace for €13. Never again.

04/10/2026: Read to the end! It's really a shame to act like this! Every time I order my coffee, the price displayed at the register is never the same!!! If someone pays without paying attention, they get their money taken. Be careful! Indeed, it's just a few cents, but by doing it to several people, it makes you a lot of money! Maybe it's a bug, but it happens far too often for my liking. It's shameful to rip people off.

20/09/2026: Excellent service from barrista , visited early one morning , my French is terrible but staff member spoke very good English , went back a few days later and was greeted by same staff member , she remembered by order straight away , that’s good customer service
