While those who arrived later than us were already eating, they hadn't even taken our food order yet. When one of us went to ask what was happening, they finally came to take our order. It took them more than two hours to serve our food; I'm not exaggerating. By 10 pm we still hadn't been served. The pizzas left much to be desired… I think it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

19/10/2026: I ordered a Texas Steakhouse Sub 30 today, October 19th, and I only received a Sub 15. What's worse, it wasn't even the right sandwich I chose. I don't usually leave reviews, but paying for a Sub 30 meal, which isn't cheap to begin with, and ending up with neither the size nor the product I ordered is unacceptable. I think it's something everyone can do to check that the customer's order is complete before sealing the bag.

10/10/2026: We arrived around 7:15 pm to eat before a show at 8 pm. After a 40-minute wait, we still hadn't received our meal and decided to leave due to lack of time. We asked for a refund, but there were so many people in the same situation that we ended up leaving without getting our money back, even though we had paid for our meal without being able to eat it. We were far from alone: ​​many customers left without receiving their order, despite having paid. As for those who decided to stay, they had to wait another 40 minutes to be served. Deplorable organization, an excessively long wait, and ultimately, customers paying for a meal they couldn't even eat. A very disappointing experience.

10/10/2026: Shameful! I ordered at 2:22 PM, paid at 2:32 PM, and was served at 3:00 PM… I got home at 3:03 PM and everything was ice-cold, inedible. The fries were thrown into the bag with the two half-open burgers… I've been calling since 3:10 PM, it's 3:28 PM and still no one is answering!!! A scandal, a disgrace… I'm done with Burger King… I'd walk 300 meters further and go to the competition; at least there, when the fries are cold, the burger is hot! And the worst part is they don't even answer the phone… So, whether the employees are paid peanuts or the manager, it's all the same…

25/09/2026: We stopped off for a light lunch. Moules frites and a pizza . The pizza was a thin crust Napoli type which was tasty and hot. The mussels were in a delicious sauce , very tasty although small it didn’t matter , the sauce was one of the best we have had . Service was good from the two young staff. Only problem was outside we were pestered by wasps and had to go inside. There must be a wasp nest nearby

24/09/2026: Took a while to take our order, then 45 minutes to receive it (2×margarita pizzas, salad & fries). They didn't bring the fries but didn't charge for them either. Salad leaves and dressing were amazing! Pizzas were so- so (more like a flat bead, too much oregano) Had to ask a couple of times for water.
