12/09/2026: A very bad experience. I went to the counter to pay for my drinks. The server completely ignored me to take orders from the regulars and put me last in line.

03/02/2026: A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant on the Champs-Élysées. I thought, "Oh, tourist trap," when I walked in. But the service was really friendly and efficient. A dish was changed without any problem. Separate bills were also delivered with a smile. Reasonable food for the price.

02/12/2025: I'm writing the same review again because they deleted it despite having a phone conversation! FOOD POISONING THANKS A LOT, RIGHT?! We almost made it. We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, November 29th. And the result? When we got home, we were vomiting badly, had diarrhea, and felt completely unwell. We went to the doctor, and he confirmed we had food poisoning. My husband and I weren't the only ones that day. I'll never set foot in there again. After calling the restaurant, they didn't even ask how the customer was feeling or offer a refund, just a "goodwill gesture" to get me to delete the review. They blamed their suppliers and basically said it wasn't their fault! It's a disgrace. I feel like these people always win... it's shameful.

19/04/2026: This was our second time eating there. There was a good selection on the menu, the portions were generous, and above all, the food was delicious. The warm welcome and friendly service, with a touch of humor, made for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Nothing more was needed. It was perfect, and thank you to the waiter in the pink t-shirt for his kindness. 😊 We'll be back and I highly recommend it!

28/09/2026: Yesterday I visited Madonald at 8:30 pm. I had a very bad experience with the manager and his name is TOM. He doesn't know how to speak with customers, and he is speaking very rudely and loudly, and he is not listening to what I am explaining. I paid 3 Menu on the machine, but I didn't receive the receipt and I thought payment was not successful, so I paid the 2nd time 14.95 euros. When I checked my bank stamen I paid 2 times so I asked the person to refund the amount, but he didn't refund the amount, and he said very rudely it's my mistake hence he won't refund the amount, I am very sure it's not my mistake, problem with the machine, I showed the machine, its broken where bill coming out and his name Tom, and he is the manager of the that MacDonald and he said that he is's not my responsibile to check machine, and he is very rude, and he is not giving respect the to client, I visited many macdonald in France this is the first bad experience. Tom is not a nice guy, and he doesn't know how to speak with customers. finaly he didnt refund my 14:95 euro. Tom is very rude person and he dont know how to handle customer and how to speak with cutomer.

06/09/2026: A very well-located restaurant with friendly and attentive waiters. The steak tartare lacked homemade seasoning; a little homemade sauce would have been welcome! And a second minor point: the crème brûlée, which I suspect wasn't homemade as it lacked a hint of vanilla flavor. Otherwise, very pleasant and very well located. We'll be back.

I come very often, I'm a loyal customer, and honestly, every time the team is incredible! 🤎 They are all so lovely, smiling, and welcoming, and the service is truly amazing. It's such a pleasure to come to a place where you feel so welcome every time. We all have bad days, and sometimes a little something, a smile, or simply someone's kindness can really make a whole day. 31/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went through the checkout with a truly lovely cashier who had a slightly darker complexion. She was cheerful, smiling, and very pleasant, with excellent customer service skills. Her smile and her little smiley face piercing added to her charm, and it was really nice to be able to chat with her easily. I also noticed that the team seemed truly amazing: they get along very well, there's a great atmosphere and real team spirit, from what I could see. A truly enjoyable experience! I highly recommend going there. 😊

Business and nothing but business. Creating a successful concept is great, congratulations, but think bigger, do better than your basic business model. Be a green business! 24/08/2026: We were very well received by the staff, and purchased various "catering" products: quiches, wraps, mini-hamburgers (huge!), canapés, petits fours, chouquettes, everything was excellent and very well prepared.
