14/09/2026: Disappointed by two experiences regarding hygiene when the owners aren't present. The first time, an employee served me pastries directly with his fingers. I pointed it out, and he eventually used tongs, but with a rather condescending attitude. Friday, September 11th, another very unpleasant experience: for a large order of savory and sweet items, the server picked up a skewer with his bare hands, then scratched his head with the other hand before continuing to handle the food. Despite my request, he also wanted to reheat the sandwich in the microwave. I ultimately decided to cancel my order and leave, very reluctantly, because I greatly appreciate the owners, who are always very kind and welcoming. It's precisely because I appreciate their establishment that I find it regrettable to witness such behavior in their absence. Hygiene in a restaurant should be a constant requirement, regardless of the owners' presence.

26/03/2026: The quality has dropped a bit this year. We eat sushi quite often, almost always for takeout, and lately the rolls have been coming apart; they could definitely update that. The service is good.

12/09/2026: Motorcyclists, we stop here when our daily ride takes us nearby. Friendly welcome from a fellow biker. Parking with a few reserved motorcycle spaces just across the street. Thanks for the water refill; our supply was completely dry during the heatwave!

09/05/2026: My favorite tobacconist! Very friendly, courteous staff, always with a smile!

16/10/2026: Terrible. Undercooked quiche Lorraine. Industrial-style stuffed veal roll, tasteless; undercooked fries; three measly slices of bread; not to mention the butter for the cheese; sharp Gruyère; dessert cream, more like gelatin, tasteless. Coffee was okay. Service and welcome were very good.

10/06/2026: Perfect hotel to go to when coming to Lourdes. Such a peaceful spot. Only a few minutes' walk down the road from the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Right by the riverside, and as you come out of the hotel, just across the bridge, you enter into all the stores and restaurants. Small supermarket just across the bridge also, which was super handy. Approximately an 8-minute walk through the shops to get to the sanctuary -perfect walking distance. Staff are brilliant, very kind and respectful. The bar was open till around 11 pm; they served us coffee after we came back a bit late from the prayer at the church. So kind and respectful. Would highly recommend . The rooms are very neat, simple, and clean regardless of what size. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for a peaceful trip of prayer coming to Lourdes. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. God bless you all.

06/06/2026: The rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear all the taps, showers, and toilets in the other rooms, as well as street noise. My room was right next to the elevator, so I could hear the machinery—it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs to ask for a different room, and the response was that the hotel was full. There was also a gentleman who couldn't sleep in his room because of the heat; they gave him an old fan. The air conditioning doesn't work. In short, a terrible hotel.

12/06/2026: A small, old-fashioned neighborhood bistro. Unpretentious but very efficient. A choice of three appetizers, three main courses, and three desserts. Enough to find something you like... friendly and very professional waitresses. The owner always has a kind word too. We've been before, and we'll go back. Some days, it's a good idea to make a reservation.

20/05/2026: Fast service, bistro-style restaurant, menu on a chalkboard.

25/02/2026: The experience could have been good with less of a wait (1 hour to take our order, 30+ minutes for the starter despite the restaurant being two-thirds full!). We asked for the wait to be expedited, but the waitress quickly brushed us off. The dishes were fairly good, although the meat was undercooked (the rare was blue and the well-done was just rare), and there were no fries. We do not recommend it.

16/02/2026: A small restaurant with wood-fired cooking that makes all the difference. 🔥 You can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The owner and staff are truly lovely, smiling, and attentive. You can feel their genuine passion and desire to please their customers. We had a wonderful time, and it was also very good value for money. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return! 😊

11/10/2026: I witnessed a bucket of straws being dropped onto the dirty floor. The staff then collected the straws and placed them back on the counter, which I find unhygienic and unacceptable.

07/10/2026: We were on vacation, decided to venture off the Champs-Élysées, and stumbled upon this gem. We ordered a focaccia Caesar. The best thing I ate that day.
