29/11/2025: We ate four times at this restaurant, which offers one of the most beautiful views and perhaps the best food in Cape Town. The service is excellent; kudos to the entire front-of-house and kitchen staff, despite the crowds. Special mention goes to the sea bass, the ribeye steak, and the Caesar salad—absolutely delicious.

23/11/2025: My favorite place to go when I want to escape the vineyards. Off we go to L'horizon in Agde! A view to die for no matter what the weather is. Great professional staff. Their breakfast is great, although I would love a savoury version: bread, butter, ham, cheese and a boiled or fried egg... But this a side, it's just a perfect place to enjoy a morning at the seaside.

19/05/2026: We just spent five incredible days celebrating our wedding in this serene setting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, who was always attentive to our needs, as well as by the entire team at the premium chalets. We stayed in the large chalet with a spa, a true haven: perfectly equipped, impeccably clean, and designed to make you feel right at home. The comfort and tranquility of the place allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. The wedding reception and brunch were masterfully organized by Joy and her team. Everything was absolutely perfect: the meal, the atmosphere, the welcome, and everyone's helpfulness and professionalism. Thanks to you, we experienced a stress-free wedding and were able to fully enjoy this unique moment. A huge thank you to the entire Hacienda team, as well as to Mr. Patrick Philibert, for their kindness, attentiveness, and the exceptional quality of service provided. We will cherish wonderful memories of our stay and wholeheartedly recommend this place 🤍 Harmonie and Yann.

06/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! They have a total lack of respect for their customers. I've never ordered from them again. They stole my money, didn't give me the pizzas, made me wait over an hour, and then finally closed down without even calling to let me know my pizzas were ready. Very disappointed!!!

02/12/2025: I just picked up a package from 1001 Pizzas, the service was excellent, the staff were very polite and friendly. Well done!

01/07/2026: I ordered 6 pizzas for delivery for an evening with members of an association. Only 3 were delivered on the first attempt. I refused the delivery and demanded all 6! It was done without any problem, but I had to wait even longer. A real shame, especially since the order was placed 40 minutes earlier.

05/08/2026: Terrible! Two kiosks out of order, unmanaged crowds cutting in front of you, dirty tables, food spilled on the tray when it arrives, cold, cold drinks. Run away as fast as you can!

03/08/2026: They need to change management because a McDonald's like the one in Signy can't continue... They're always out of items, it takes forever to serve a small order, and now they don't even accept holiday vouchers... Poor management.

20/06/2026: Horrible! The young waiter was awful, ill-mannered, aggressive, and obnoxious; he deserved a good slap on the back of the neck! I strongly advise against going there; there are much better bars and restaurants just a few meters away.

21/06/2026: We ate there our last night in Paris because it was next to where stayed. The name kept us from trying it earlier in the week, but we were very glad we ate there. The food was quite good, the service was excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable. Recommended.

27/07/2026: I've ordered takeout several times now and have been disappointed by the poor quality of the maki rolls. I find they're poorly made. Often the ends are only half-filled, and the outer slice of fish is frequently in pieces. Our chirashi was served with plain rice, not vinegared rice as indicated on the menu.

26/04/2026: Avoid This Place ​Served rubbery leftovers with a side of attitude. ​I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. My friend bought the Pork Caramel, and it was literally inedible. The meat was so tough and dry it felt like rubber (caoutchouc); I actually have a video of the meat bouncing. It was clear this wasn't fresh food—likely leftovers that had been sitting around far too long. ​When we went back to complain, the manager’s response was incredibly dismissive. Instead of apologizing for the poor quality, he simply said, "Some people like it this way, some don't." Let’s be clear: No one "likes" pork that has the texture of an eraser. ​This restaurant is located on an expensive street where customers expect quality. Charging full price for old, rubbery food and then giving the customer attitude when they complain is unacceptable. They took our money and offered zero solutions. Save your money and go elsewhere. ​A Quick Reality Check ​The "Sunday" Factor: You’re likely spot on. Many smaller spots that aren't high-turnover use Sundays to clear out the week's prep. But in a high-rent district in the 8th/9th arrondissement, that’s a recipe for a closing business. ​The Manager's Excuse: Claiming "subjective taste" for meat that is physically bouncing is a classic gaslighting tactic in the service industry. High-quality porc au caramel should be tender and melt-in-your-mouth, not a choking hazard.

25/05/2026: An exceptional restaurant with a truly extraordinary bouillabaisse! Lots of delicious fish on our plate! The waitstaff is very efficient and kept asking if we wanted hot broth! The rouille was to die for! In short, a great place for bouillabaisse!
