24/09/2026: Friendly staff, clean and welcoming premises. A table is set up for young children, allowing adults to focus on their treatments. I recommend this place.

20/07/2026: What's with your obsession with not respecting opening hours? It's 3:15 PM and closed even though it says 2:00 PM.

27/05/2026: The manager condones the particularly inappropriate behavior of her clientele towards passersby near her establishment, even going so far as to openly enjoy themselves alongside them. Such an attitude, marked by an unacceptable contempt for the public, is truly scandalous and utterly unworthy of the responsibilities inherent in managing an establishment open to the public. This establishment should be banned without the slightest hesitation, as the rudeness and inappropriateness of the observed behavior reach an unacceptable level.

31/08/2026: We were yelled at by the waitress when the children tried to go into a room during the treasure hunt… even though the clue was right there! And we waited almost 45 minutes for the animal feeding (we were supposed to arrive at 3:45 pm and the activity started at 4:25 pm). A disappointing experience, especially considering the prices.

23/08/2026: Very disappointed with the porcini mushroom fondue; the defrosting process was poorly managed, and the fondue itself was of poor quality.

16/06/2026: Catastrophic hygiene: bread is handled after money has been touched, and dozens of flies swarm around the pizzas and quiches. Some discomfort is understandable in the heat, but this is frankly disgusting. The service is just as bad: the cashier ignored me to attend to the department while other customers waited. No sense of service, no efficiency whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0.

06/09/2026: A fun experience at the restaurant and the games room, where the selection of machines is better than elsewhere! Only the service at the till and bar was a bit lacking. But hey, everyone has their off day!

06/09/2026: What a disgrace! Going to eat in a casino and not having air conditioning. We're all sweating, servers included. Everyone's fanning themselves with their napkins. It's just shameful.

27/09/2026: Avoid at all costs! It's been awful for the past three years. Cold, frozen fries. Chili con carne is a mushy mess on the plate. Marinated chicken skewers are raw, and the marinade tastes like old carrots. The canned vegetables aren't even heated. It's a disgrace. Plus, the portions are ridiculously small. How did they get to this point? I strongly advise against going there. And I paid almost €150 for this.

30/08/2026: Sure, it used to be good. But IT USED TO BE. Every visit there now ends with me feeling sick the next day. The kebab shops are getting more and more pathetic, practically empty... it's such a shame. It used to be good... but that's in the past...

13/08/2026: On the road, we decided to stop for lunch here. We weren't disappointed; the service was quick and the kebab was nicely presented 🙂

13/09/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We came to get takeout and, from the moment we arrived, the staff was particularly unpleasant. We felt constantly watched, which made the wait very uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, we were told we had ordered 18 pieces of sushi instead of 15 in a container. The result: an extra €4 for only 3 pieces of sushi. Even in Paris, sushi isn't that expensive per piece… It's simply outrageous. Another unpleasant surprise: mint, salad, and even the sauces to accompany the spring rolls were charged extra. This is really unprofessional, especially considering the size of our order. Between the reception, the feeling of being constantly spied on, and this billing policy, we won't be returning and we do not recommend this establishment.

21/09/2026: On our way to the Eiffel Tower, we decided to grab a bite. And boy, we chose the right café. Our waiter, Jonathan, was excellent and professional. We had a blast, with excellent French champagne and top-notch lasagna. ❤️👍😇

26/09/2026: Frankly, a very bad experience. Nothing was right: service, wait time, and quality. I do not recommend it.

25/09/2026: The fries were overcooked and cut into peas, too much oil and not the first time, they didn't bring bread, no complimentary food from the chef, no straws for the cocktails, everything was super greasy in old oil. I ordered veal for 28 euros and they brought some scraps. I don't recommend this restaurant.

27/04/2026: Stayed for one night, room was spacious and comfy, hotel is well positioned in the center of Bellac. Hosts were excellent. The gym is very well equipped.

21/02/2026: DECEMBER 2025: We stopped for a break on our journey. We simply enjoyed an excellent Americano coffee and a pastry. It's a shame that newspapers weren't available for customers in the bar. WELCOME: Warm. ATMOGRAPHY: You immediately feel at ease here. It's even hard to get going again.
