The cuisine is simply remarkable. The dishes are prepared with great finesse, showcasing fresh, local produce. Each plate offers a beautiful balance of flavors, elegant presentation, and a creativity that reflects true culinary expertise. We particularly appreciated the perfect cooking and the generous portions. The restaurant's ambiance further enhances the experience: elegant, soothing, and perfectly suited for a relaxed meal or a business lunch. In short, La Simplicité lives up to its name: sincere cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm atmosphere. 10/03/2026: We opted for a vegetarian raclette and what a surprise! Instead of cured meats, we enjoyed a whole plate of delicious prepared vegetables, plus bread, potatoes, and salad. The service was impeccable and quick, the portions more than generous, the staff friendly, and the whole experience was warm and welcoming. The dessert was equally delicious. Thank you to the three ladies who took such good care of us for this wonderful moment!

The cuisine is consistently surprising and refined, with perfectly balanced touches that reveal the exceptional talent of a truly outstanding chef. The welcome is also always top-notch: warm, attentive, and genuine. We return every year with the same enthusiasm and pleasure. For us, it's an essential stop in Beaune.

22/03/2026: The naan is so fluffy, chewy and addictive. Especially the cheese naan. We stopped here today, 2 adults and 3 young kids, as it's in our new neighborhood and we were not disappointed. The palak paneer, butter chicken and fish curry were all excellent. The server was also very kind with our not-so-sage children.
