01/08/2026: Among my favorite places, on rue cherchemidi a stone's throw from Le Bon Marché, you will find Titou and Momen, not only helpful and kind but also offering you pizzas that are always soft, fresh and tasty.

27/09/2026: A great place to enjoy the uniqueness of the building and see the beautiful dome. We ordered chocolate for 7 euros. Expensive, but it was delicious and the view is very beautiful

30/08/2026: A €6 cappuccino that was a complete disaster, not at all worthy of a barista. It tasted like the latte you get at the local betting shop.

31/07/2026: Aside from the meat, which was succulent and tender, the kebab was just awful… hardly any vegetables, no consistency, and no sauce, so it was dry! The frozen fries were small and tasteless… and the price? €7.20 for a kebab and fries of this quality is outrageous! The service was also icy; avoid this kebab… Edit 2026: The kebab was actually quite good (excellent meat) and the service was warm.

02/08/2026: We stayed here simply because it was right off the highway and hence a natural break over night for our road trip. The location feels slightly off when arriving, the entrance is somewhat on the backside in an alley. If you feel like “this can’t be right” when following the navigator, you are right on track. So here is the thing. The first thing we noticed were people smoking in their rooms from the windows. The staff in the reception were friendly and they spoke very good English considering it’s France. Dogs were welcome. The room initially wasn’t that bad, but the bathroom cleaning was insufficient. Also the toilet is behind one door, while the faucet and shower was behind a different door not even next to each other. So you had to walk thru the room to wash your hands after using the toilet. Is that the end of the world, no, but very inconvenient. The rooms were quite noisy, could hear alot of the neighbors and people in hallway. The beds were very uncomfortable.. not to mention the pillows.. in the hallway outside of the room and elevators in smelled Marijuana.. we understand that cultures are different but it is off putting to face that intense stench in a hotell, no matter if it’s cigarettes, weed or perfume… Would not go here again, unfortunately. The restaurant were closed due to holiday they said so I can’t rate that. They offered pizzas in the reception for 10-13€ which felt like frozen pizzas they heat up. Works when in need, but not really worth it. They also have drinks 7-9€ for 25cl of booze.

28/05/2026: This hotel is not bad, with clean rooms and window blinds. Change was the pool was covered in green slimes, and the EV charging stations (benefit of the hotel), being blocked off for 12+ hours by cars of customers parking at the meant that we could not charge the car, resulting to more hassle to us.

18/12/2025: Good, friendly atmosphere, gorgeous and top-notch waitresses, traditional American decor and matching music. Homemade food, probably too indulgent! 😂 But that's what we love. Keep it up! 👌 I love it. Today, December 18, 2025, I am in mourning.... I just ate there for the last time..... I just learned that the restaurant has been sold. 😭😭😭 All hail JLB, may life now give you back all the happiness you brought me on each of my visits, may you find happiness and enjoy life 💪🙏😘 Kisses to the whole team.

16/01/2026: Delicios food. We had crepes with meat, soup and dessert, and it's difficult to explain how good these meals were. The chocolate ice cream was superb! I’d definitely come back.

04/10/2026: I bought some pasteis de nata from their stand at the sea and vineyard fair in Strasbourg. I asked the seller if they were fresh since it was morning, and he assured me they were. When I got home, I was totally disappointed; the pastry was soft and not at all crispy.

03/08/2026: I recently switched bakeries after being disappointed with my usual one. The bread is so much better, I highly recommend it. And as a bonus, the baker is friendly.

28/07/2026: I ordered a chicken and vegetable sandwich. It was really quite average, even though it was generously filled; at least there weren't three lettuce leaves. However, the baguette was dry, tasteless, and cardboard-like. That's disappointing coming from a bakery. Instead of chicken, there was a rather disgusting spicy spread. Meh.

05/10/2026: Worst meal ever in France. Mainly the non-existent service. After seating had to wait half an hour to order anything. All the while 5 waiters were buzzing around other tables (service 20% full). Ordered a bottle of wine, big profit for restaurant, maybe? Had to wait an hour, again physically stand up and wave to get server’s attention. It came after the main (2nd of three courses) was at the table. Raviole du boeuf, only good thing about meal were the sauces, excellent. The pasta and beef overcooked. My brother’s turbot (I think I remember it correctly because heaven forbid a server would tell us what we were eating in French or English) was inedibly overcooked. When server took plate, did not ask why it was barely touched.Server who gave us cheese plate just threw it on the table and left. Had to again wave hands inair to ask what kinds of cheese were on plate. Really, I thought you couldn’t go wrong with restaurants in France, especially those rated by Michelin and Gault and Millau. But you’re better off at McDonalds than wasting tour money here. How they were ever rated is beyond me. Worst service of my life, including hole-in-wall diners. 100+ € was after we complained and got one or two things comped.

03/10/2026: What a delightful experience - the ambience, the charming and helpful staff and the absolutely superb, clever, innovative but perfectly balanced dishes were a genuine pleasure. We are frequently impressed in France at the high standard of cuisine, and Petit Jardin surpassed that expectation by some margin. Highly recommended. Compliments to the chef and his team!

14/09/2026: Very good restaurant and warm welcome, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal... however, the regular, Pierre (I think), oh my god, what a rude person! He's the only one you can hear in the restaurant... what a shame...

31/08/2026: Disappointed. The bo bun and tom bun were dry and lacked sauce. The laab had too much mint. The squid salad was too spicy. The hearts of palm salad should mention the significant amount of surimi. The fried rice was overcooked. On the other hand, the caramel pork and stir-fried vegetables were excellent. For an €80 order, for a birthday, we only received 6 shrimp chips as a gift... a bit stingy. We won't be back.

15/09/2026: Good pizza, especially the crust, which was very thin.

30/08/2026: Completely dishonest!!! I came yesterday to get two pizzas to go. I paid for both pizzas even though the offer was "buy one get one free"!!! The cashier conveniently neglected to mention this and took my money for both pizzas without saying a word. I find that really dishonest!

12/08/2026: The staff are always welcoming and smiling; it's always a pleasure to come here! The pizzas are made quickly and are always excellent!

01/07/2026: Honestly, paying almost €14 for this... pizza of the day with Boursin cheese... hard crust, rubbery toppings... frankly mediocre, and at that price I'd go to a real pizzeria... pizza kiosk is finished for me ☹️

12/09/2026: The owners, Claire and JB, are lovely, and that's what matters to me. Great place for a relaxing beer. Plus, it's always open, even on Sundays. 👍
