03/08/2026: Honestly, this brasserie was recommended to me, but I was completely disappointed. I was served by an unpleasant waiter (my receipt said Joseph, so I assume that's his name) who didn't even bother to answer our questions. We were supposed to have a relaxing time, but we ended up literally afraid to order because of this waiter. A very bad experience.

02/08/2026: It was an institution. Ribeye ordered rare, served medium. Salted sweetbreads (preserved from a store-bought sauce). Carpaccio, between 50 and 60 grams, served without capers or Parmesan. Bland crème brûlée. Attentive waiter, only one positive point.

14/11/2025: Unbelievable! I showed up at 9:00 PM to eat a quick meal by myself, knowing that the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, and Mr. Abdoulaye told me it wasn't possible... It's a real shame to treat people like that. Best of luck to you.

11/11/2025: I usually order the thieb yassa and coconut beignet, and I've never been disappointed. The dishes are excellent 👏👏👏. Plus, Nabou is a very clean woman and cooks in a very clean space. Her restaurant is also very clean. Go there without hesitation, you won't regret it. She's a fantastic cook.

12/07/2026: We had to haggle for a glass of water even though we'd already ordered something. When we told the person serving us it cost them nothing, they retorted that it didn't make them any money. So much for a friendly atmosphere... especially during this heatwave! I find it shameful.

23/06/2026: A whole table of young people (besides me), of all ages and rather noisy, was welcomed with smiles and kindness on a Sunday after the organic market (which is held just across the street, in front of a magnificent Romanesque church). The (typically Swiss) friendliness of the owners, the quality of the food and drinks, and the beauty of the village and surrounding landscape make it well worth the trip. There are some lovely walks to do afterwards: Mont St-Romain, Brancion, etc.

13/12/2025: It was amazing! We were in luck today because there was one table for two! The pizza looks different than normal, but wow, the taste is incredible good. I have an allergic to unions, so they asked at the kitchen and she proposed me for another bottom sauce.

21/04/2026: The hotel reception is excellent, the staff are very attentive. However, the restaurant is frankly awful, not the waiters. I make better at home. I tried the Saint Marcellin appetizer, which was basically a measly piece of white bread with melted cheese and a ton of bagged salad. I make the same thing at home. I also tried the chicken supreme with forestière sauce, and it's best avoided. It tastes like mass-produced food, especially considering the €27 set menu (starter and main course) is a rip-off. On the other hand, the hotel is well-located and the staff is impeccable.

17/11/2025: We've been coming to this pizzeria for several years now, and we've always appreciated the quality of the pizzas. However, we've noticed a decline over the past few months. It used to be packed, but now, even on weekends, the place is empty. The menu has shrunk considerably, whereas it used to offer a wide selection that satisfied everyone. There aren't even any waiters anymore. We don't know what's going on, but it makes us feel really uneasy as customers. It's truly sad, because we still love the pizzas. That's our feeling, it's a shame.

19/10/2025: Please update the opening hours. We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. (it said it was open online), and it was closed. It was a real pain to find a restaurant open near Le Vivier sur Mer on a Sunday evening.

28/09/2025: Okay. We arrived at noon. At 2 p.m., we were still waiting for our appetizers. It was complete chaos in the kitchen and the dining room. A real nightmare. We definitely won't be back. The staff is utterly unprofessional. I've never seen such a circus!

28/05/2026: Disappointment regarding the cleanliness and hygiene of this accommodation. The showers are filthy, the bedding is unusable, and we all came back covered in bedbugs!

06/05/2026: I came with my son during a motorcycle road trip where we stopped in Rouen. We found this restaurant by chance. It was very good, they were very attentive, and the atmosphere was nice 😊 I recommend it!

04/06/2026: The pastries were delicious but there was no where to sit and enjoy a coffee with our yummy breakfast. The cakes in the case looked exceptional.

31/05/2026: Probably one of the best bakeries in Montpellier. Go for it without hesitation.
