23/07/2026: Not recommended, everything is neglected

28/06/2026: I'm forced to give it one star, but the experience in this dump of a hotel was more like zero. Upon arrival, the door was locked and there was no one to greet us. A sign on the door asked us to call a number on WhatsApp, and a guest finally opened it for us. A key with our name and room number was left in front of reception. When we entered the room, we were shocked to find it hadn't been cleaned: the previous guest's sheets were crumpled, and there were piles of laundry on the floor. We called the number on the door, and the unashamed person told us to choose another key at the hotel entrance—unbelievable! So we went to the second room and discovered a squalid room: stained carpet, an old-fashioned blanket riddled with cigarette burns or something similar, a bed made with questionable sheets, and a horrible smell of stale tobacco. The bathroom wasn't any better: very dilapidated, a dirty sink, and urine in the toilet! It was impossible for us to sleep in that room, so we left immediately without staying there. After several months of correspondence with the owners and promises of refunds, we realized that this hotel is a well-orchestrated scam!

26/05/2026: A great find! Excellent thin-crust pizzas, but not only that, the pasta is also delicious. The owner and waitress were fantastic. We were a group of eight and felt right at home. Highly recommended.

21/06/2026: A family-run restaurant and bar with simple but tasty food. The prices are very reasonable. There's air conditioning inside, which is a welcome feature in hot weather. The staff is very friendly. Good value for money, I recommend it.

19/06/2026: A very bad experience. We came yesterday and were particularly disappointed by the welcome and service. The waiter was unpleasant, cold, and unprofessional throughout our visit, which is hardly acceptable in a public establishment. The most shocking thing was when a drink was served to us with obvious lipstick stains. When we politely pointed it out, no apology was offered. The only response was, "I'll redo it." No word of apology, no consideration for the inconvenience. By checking the reviews, we found that several customers have already mentioned similar problems regarding the staff's attitude. If these comments concern the same person, perhaps it's time for management to seriously consider this situation. For our part, this experience was disappointing enough that we will not be returning to this establishment. We will not recommend it to our friends and family.

20/05/2026: The choux pastries are excellent (cream-filled choux pastries in various flavors: vanilla, pistachio, strawberry, etc.) 😋 And the marbled chocolate baka brioche is delicious and fluffy.

09/02/2026: I went there for a "zero-waste" basket, a basket worth €12 but costing €5.99. I got three traditional loaves and two mini individual quiches. Are you kidding me? After eating this fabulous basket, I thank you for not being too generous. Indeed, the bread isn't great; I buy much better for less than €1.30 (from the artisan baker near my house). The quiches were terrible, and I assure you, I won't be back. Luckily, I didn't pay the full price. Anyway, happy selling!

26/07/2026: Having eaten at this establishment several times before (Le Relais d'Alsace, La Taverne, etc.), the food used to be excellent, well-prepared, high-quality, and good value for money. It's changed drastically! The cocktail of the moment was €7, a small glass served with lots of ice. In short, if you remove the ice, there's not much there! Then there's the menu! I wanted a Caesar salad, but instead, there were only two salad options for €19! My husband ordered sauerkraut, and everything was served on the same plate! One potato, lots of tasteless cabbage, and the meat piled on top! The sauerkraut from before was much better and presented more elegantly for €25! I ordered salmon tartare served with two lettuce leaves! A small bowl of fries, the salmon had no taste whatsoever—basic raw salmon with a drizzle of soy sauce and a few seeds on top. The tartare was barely 2 cm high! In short, ugh! And the desserts! Ice cream sundaes cost €8.50, and some desserts are in the display case for €9, but they're not very appealing! So, no dessert for me! On the plus side, the waiter, a gentleman who's been at this establishment for a long time, is very friendly.

29/07/2026: I order a BBQ Chicken pizza and a calzone, instead of the calzones they gave me a oceane fish pizza, to which I am alergic. When I came back to tell them the mistake they start complaining that I ordered that fish pizza, which is impossible because I am alergic to it, at the end after see the bad manners of the people working there I left the fish pizza there and I left without what I ordered in the first place. I hope they are proud about how they treat their clients…

17/07/2026: A regular customer for several years, never had a problem, great pizzas, never disappointed! Tonight we had a small issue: one of the pizzas was missing ham. They called us directly! Since we had already gone home, they had the same pizza delivered to us and apologized. I've never seen such professionalism! Thank you so much, it's rare to find pizzerias like this! I highly recommend this place! Best of luck for the season!

15/07/2026: We had a wonderful morning at Antilles de Jonzac! It's the perfect place to relax and have a great time with the family. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and pleasant. There's something for everyone: between the pools, water features, lazy river, and relaxation areas, everyone will find something to enjoy. The atmosphere is truly refreshing and allows you to escape for a day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun experience. 🌺🌊

15/07/2026: Hello, While I certainly don't go to this kind of place for recognition, a warmer welcome would be appreciated. Employing young people has its advantages, and a little more experienced supervision would be beneficial. I find it regrettable that people with reduced mobility aren't offered a discounted rate.
